Geohot has today confirmed on his blog that his exploit DOES work on firmware 3.10. He also added that there are compile issues in Fedora but works fine in Ubuntu.

It is unlikely that it would be corrected in 3.20 I think. They can, however, disable the exploit by disabling direct access to the memory bus from OtherOS. Just like the RSX was blocked in 2.10.
