Yesterday i posted here about the new DMCA rules, that would give us greater freedom with our devices, well it seems that in Britain this law may be defunct, as a court in London, England has made it illegal to import, buy, sell or advertise the popular R4 homebrew device, anywhere in the UK.
Whilst this may be good at combating piracy, it kicks every legitimate homebrew user in the face, handheld emulation is fun and was very easy with these R4 carts, there are other homebrew carts available to buy in the UK, but how long will it be before they are also made illegal.
This also questions when other devices that enable us to enjoy homebrew, will be made illegal.

This made me laugh. Because alot of people over there have an R4, I speak to alot of people from there. Good place to find alot of them are on gbatemp. It doesn't matter if its illigal or not, I guess they think people in UK don't import stuff? xD They can order online and get away with it. It's easy. I mean who is going to find out???
