On Monday 30th August PlayStation Network will be undergoing maintenance. This is scheduled to happen between 8am [BST] and 9pm [BST].
During this maintenance period you will be unable to access the PlayStation Store or Account Management.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

haha yeah, just proves all they can do is patch out the most important 1st and then the rest will follow. i doubt they will stop usb functionality cos how else you gonna charge ya sodding controllers!
itll be funny as hell... im still wondering why on earth they hav'nt started shipping dongles yet, thats well fishy?
if this is 1 big scam its a bloody good one ill tell ya that.

So, it is just the PS Store and the Account Management screens? Online games still play? Chat? What about games that have Always-on DRM? I don't mind loosing the store for a day...but my clan has a weekly meeting scheduled for about 9 of those 11 hours.
