    x3Jailbreak has updated their website today with more information on their product.

      Someone reported that he had gotten banned after using PlayStationJailBreak dongle. He posted the clip showing error message 8002A227 when signing in PSN. It was very likely that the BackupManager's program ID, LAUN-12345, caused the problem.

      Meh, It better not cost like the other ones...
      If it's a high price, I would rather wait for a dev on this site to like make a free version. I wonder if someway we can actually play online games through jailbreak...some day...*tear drop*

      I didn't realise the PS Jailbreak Dongle was available in 2009.......

      Someone is a little child, you want PSN - uninstall back manager and get off the stick, you want offline games - go with the Ps jailbreak. Grow up !!! I bet he wants even updates of the games to work from hdd.

      That's true. I haven't noticed the date of the clip was quite preposterous. The news is from a Japanese blog. Hard to say SONY won't react to this.

      The video is rubbish, i don't know why the poster posted it, it is dated August 2009, is is irrelevant to PS Jailbreak.

      Any way to prevent this ****ing ad from playing? What's the point of being a member if you get the noise treatment of the unregistered reader?

      I have said at least a hundred times USE ADBLOCK+, also what has that got to do with this thread, if you have a problem with ad's open a new thread.

      It's a known secret that Pirate has the option to block users who use adblock, but promoting the plugin from a stuff member feels ironic. I don't know why he replied like that, I'm a new member here. It'd be better to merge the posts of all those people who have problems with ads in one single thread (I think there is one already), so we, the members who support this website by viewing/visiting the ads don't see them bitсhing all over the place. Enough is enough, we have heard them, stuff didn't censor them, but at last keep the threads discussion healthy and on topic!

      There probably is, but I wish there wasn't. The intent is to backup your own games, not to promote piracy. I really do wish people wouldn't misuse tools like this. Piracy killed the Dreamcast, and it can do the same to the PS3.

      NO if you do it your ps3 will end kernel panicking and might stay on loop untill you remove the game from the hdd!!!!!

      do not attempt that if you like your machine or you might end up with no machine at all this is very dangerous!!

      just plug the psjb into your ps3 and when the next update comes out (3.42) or whatever it will be called, install it and make sure your connected to psn while playing all your games so your psjb can be verified and you wont have a problem!

      Better that way, meaning one less leacher that the only thing he cares is played copyed games!
      I would even tell him that if he attempted to do that, his ps3 would melt into ****!!
