• Open Manager v2.1 Rev I-2 released

    Backup Managers, PS3 Hacks , 17.11.2010

    The guys over at elotrolado.net have released an updated version of their great Open Manager.

    Here’s what’s new in version I-2:

    - Now clears the list of games played at start the application.
    - Remote-Play activated: OM can now run from a PC / PSP remote.
    - Added new parameters to indicate order to draw the layers (Fund Cover, lock, etc …), Change text on / off home / homebrew, and show if the disk is selected game internal / external / BR as its parameters to change its location.

      does this work with pl3? as the old one i have doesnt work with PL3 payloads! doesnt mount to disk or app-data etc

      Can someone explain the differences between all of those? I know what the source is (Obviously) but what is the difference between 01234 and 46756? Also whats up with the two stealth?? I just wanna know the difference just for knowledge so im not in the darK. Thanks in advance ^_^

      The stealth versions are for added stealth when using the PSN-Payload.
      They report OM as COD Black Ops or FIFA11 Demo to PSN.
      No evidence yet, if this might really help preventing early bans though.

      it's just the folder name used for Open Manager (OMAN01234 or OMAN46756) you've used on your first install of OM. If you haven't used OM yet, it makes no difference, just choose the right version when there are updates of OM.

      This means we can stream games to our PC and play it on our PC screen (Or PSP's)
      What do we need to do this?

      i installed the new open manager(2.1 Rev I-2) and it wont let me use my png covers on it...i have them in the same directory...root external COVERS and oman wont find them...so i installed the old oman 2.1 I which was working like 5 mins ago...doesnt find the cover png's any help?

      To download the covers hold < & press L2

      The covers will be downloaded straight from the net then

      I have installed this new version of OM thinking it would override the previous version. so i deleted the old one, and guess what?? my back ups were lost.

      question: In the future, how do i upgrade from one back up manager to another or to a higher version without losing my games??

      I've upgraded to the 3.5 for nano 1g and lost my game access and upgraded the OM and still can not get them back. What have I done wrong?

      Overwrite the manager or change the folder name that your backups are in with FTP.

      Does the backup manager work, yes and no. It does launch and runs, but you can not play the backups.

      Why can not rip BD movies on an external or internal HDD? This option really miss me.

      hey,

      i tried to start lego star wars the complete saga. i splitted the big file with karmianīs ps3 splitter and also with opensplit. copied the game on my external drive. now i tried to start the game with multiman 1.15.02. the game starts. game update shown up! is click no --> blackscreen. second try....i clicked yes. game was update succesfully. --> blackscreen.

      now i read, that i have to use open manager, cause this one got a "special feature". play backuped games, which got splitted files.
      but how do i use this one? can i start the game easily from my gamelist, or do i have to install the game on the internal hdd and start it over from the game channel on my ps3? (do i have to creat a pkg file?)

      i use kmean cfw.

      you can not play split games.)

      copy it to internal hdd to rejoin the files and it will work

      oh okey. and how do i rejoin the files? with wich program?

      or do you mean that i should use ps3splitter, rejoin the files on my pc and copy the game with flashfxp to my internal ps3 hdd?


      //edit: gaia or any other bum doesnt allow to load the splitted games?

      I install open maneger but when i tried open it it gives-me an error 80029519...
