Whilst a few of us have been adding our own custom boot sounds and more recently, custom boot logo’s, other’s have found it a bit daunting, though you need worry no more, Cyberskunk well known in the scene for his work on Rebug Me and recently xReg Plus v1.0, has released a useful homebrew app, that will let you backup your original Coldboot.raf/AC3 and replace it with a custom one of your own, here is a quote from his website:
Coldboot Installer is a small app to easily install your custom coldboot .raf and .ac3 files from USB000 (Slot furthest right).
You need to create a folder on the root of your USB stick called coldboot. This where you place your custom coldboot files.
Coldboot Installer can also back up you current coldboot files. It backs them up in the app’s USRDIR and to the root of USB000 if present with a .bak extention.
