This method was tested by myself (facanferff) with my banned console (error 8002A227, could not log in to PSN or create new accounts, so permanent ban). If you have any problem in executing this method, please tell me.
IMPORTANT: According with one user, this method doesn’t work with a banned console with error 8002A31. But with 8002A227 it is confirmed to be working.
Tools required:
- PS3DNS-GUI: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2RU3VOHE
- PSID: http://stoker25.com/files/PSIDPatch16.zip
1. I hope that you put the new CA24.cer in dev_flash/data/cert
1. Download PS3DNS-GUI
2. Run “PS3DNS-GUI.exe” and choose your ip and region
3. Go to Tools -> Rewrite -> PS3DNS – eth0 -> Rules -> Add
4. Put every field like in the image, where in the image it says “your original console id” you have to write your original (banned) console id with no spaces and in the field “your original console id but in last number change it to 1″ do as it says (e.g.: if your original console id is “0000000100850008100dkwab4k957do200000000000000000 000000000000000″ put then “0000000100850008100dkwab4k957do200000000000000000 000000000000001″): (uncheck Response)

5. Click ok -> ok (of course)
6. Go to your PS3, in DNS set in primary your pc’s ip (secondary DNS can be 0.0.0.0), activate proxy, in host enter again your pc’s ip and in port enter 8888. Then you can test to confirm that you have network.
7. Try to log in to PSN and you are logged in!
Now if you want to go to PSN Store, then follow the following, else if you only want to play online go to step 10:
8. Execute PSID (Sony can discover it, but they can’t ban you becuase you are using a blank console id, so you don’t exist, you are a bot ) and there click Square to change to a random console id
9. Try now to go to PSN Store and you will enter there! You can download what you want but I alert you that some things are giving error when trying to download, but the majority will download, including Killzone 3 demo
10. First confirm that you have your original console id according to PSID (important) then you can run any game and play it online.
Note: Playstation Home doesn’t work with this method, I am working in getting it work.

Wouldn't it be safer to use a random or blank PSID before you get banned, that way you'll always have your legit console ID in case Sony blocks random or blank IDs? This way you won't get your legit console ID banned.

They will blame it on hackers, and for once I am One Billion percent behind Sony on this as it is the lowest of low tactics just to get your online fix at the possibility of others being banned regardless of however small that risk is. The risk is known so it should not be done.
In addition they can legally screw you to high heaven as this is Not homebrew we are talking about here. It is Deliberate deception and fraud. Just because you are not stealing money it does Not mean you are not commiting a fraudulent act.
You can all call me what you may, but I think that unless it is proven that noone elses valid ID can be banned by this then you deserve to be screwed completely.
Ps I have asked in this and other similar threads for confirmation that it cannot fake another persons valid ID. Surprise surprise I have no replies saying it cannot.

This method works as I posted about it a few days ago on a different site.
Just DON'T use your normal account as $ony will ban that account if they cant ban your console.
I've made a new account and gotten a few things from the PSN store and the account is still working and its been 3 days now. I've even played COD:BO online and no bannings from anywhere yet.

That's some good news to all of the banned people, but not the LEGIT players like me.(this is based on cheating in games) Like sony said themselves, they want to ban you to keep the games actual experience. EDIT: I'm using dev_blind, I've managed to delete the cert but now it won't let me replace it, so i'm left with a ca24.cer which size is 0 Can't place the original back either just keeps failing, going to revert back to ofw 3.55 and back to cfw. See if that atleast places back the original and start again. Thanks though MC_Dogan.
As for secondary dns I just left mine as it was.
found it on ma pc.
Go to RUN...then type..CMD..(Enter) in the black box type...ipconfig/all(enter) now you should see both your dns on there.

Hey guys just wondering if anyone has been across this before and if so, how'd you fix it?
I've set everything up properly stated in the instructions and was able to sign into PSN. The first thing I did was start up MvC3 to see if I could play online and it didn't work. So I started up PSID and changed my consoleid to a random but now I can't sign into PSN anymore. So I changed the /consoleid.txt to my original consoleid and stuck it on the root of usb drive so I can press L1 to change my consoleid to the usb000/consoleid.txt but I get an error saying "Unable to read consoleid part 4. Press Start." I've double checked the consoleid and made sure all 64 chars are there. I don't know what it means so any help would be great. Thanks ahead of time.

I tried to play online but only Borderlands worked for me! The games i tested are Medal of honor, it get stuck on the convalid pass screen; Marvel vs Capcom 3 gives an error and go back in the main menu and Dead Nation get stuck on server access screen! To play online i don't use the patch ID thing, i just log-on with my account and start the game with the ps3 original ID; please, what i'm doing wrong?

The 80710A06 error is caused by using the ca27 cert instead of ca24. Just make sure you're using the correct cert file and it shouldn't give you any trouble.

Guys just to clarify, to fix most errors i.e. 80710A06 etc. when you are adding the rule in Charles, make sure only "request" is ticked/checked and "response" is unchecked/unticked, then proceed to add the rule as normal (input console ID, tick/check "regex" then select OK and then OK again) and you should be all set, don't panic if when you try to sign in it states an error or a software update, wait a minute for charles and the PS3-GUI to sync with the network and then try signing in and it should work.

Also to people wondering, for me I could only play online without using PSID to patch a random console ID, it kept coming up with server errors on games such as COD black ops and MOH stating they were down, I think logging in as a "bot" may prevent Sony from blacklisting your Console ID, as it's not visible when you log-on.

I followed the tutorial and everything seems to work , but i get error has occured.signed out(80710A06) when i try to access psn on both my banned account and a new one i created . I managed to create a new one ,by generation a new console id but i wasnt able to use it after i created it.
a few Qs:
-the tutorial mentions a new cert.24 . Is this a special cert ? if so , where can it be obtained?

Tried that .everything seems fine on the pc side.
I now get a new error code you cannot use psn.8002A227 on new unbanned account and same msg , but different code : 8002A231 on banned account . Other users also seem to have probs with this

randomizing console id , then create new user , then sign up for psn .It will let you register with fake console id . After that , change back to original id and use this method to connect with the newly created account.
Id love to get the 8002A231 account working ,though , since thats where all my saves are . Lots of games wont let me use imported saves for different users , but this is a great start . Up yours ,sony and Thanks for the help and the great tuto !

PS3 banned.
1. Make a new account on the PC for the PSN.
2. I write e-mail and password you created in PC, psn error "You cannot sign in using another user` s sign-in ID (e-mail address). "
3. Create a new user on the ps3 I go, choose to register in psn,
I drive email and password created on the PC, an error "You cannot use PlayStation Network with this account."

To access psn store you have to randomize ids again . Look at page one of this thread again.

No matter what I do I'm banned, I just want to install Super Puzzle Fighter, Is there any way to do that now on 3.55 CFW? cuz it worked fine on 3.41 CFW. Cuz now it says you have to sign in to play it.

what we need first is a new way to access psn , and that "might" take a long time , then well need something like this again to spoof our banned consoles . We can just wait and enjoy what we have for now

im not banned yet, but i cant create more accounts on my ps3, it tells me that tha maximum number of accounts is reached, and that i have to contact the service. did anyone know how to deactivate the old accounts (they arent longer on my ps3) and make a new one?
