• cotojestwtf’s ServerMapper 1.0 – Connect to PSN

    PS3 Hacks, PSN , 14.04.2011

    With this tool you can go Online PSN with the 3.55.1 CFW (need Dev Settings). Read  up HERE on how to setup Rebug CFW (that has the dev settings), the associated risks and precautions to take.

    How it works:

    1. Start cotojestwtf Server Mapper
    2. Click Y if the IP on PC the right.
    3. Set up PS3 DNS 1. from PC and 2. Router ( 8.8.8.8 )
    4. Connect to PSN
    5. ONLINE PLAYY

    this Games works:

    -Call of Duty 4
    -Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
    -Call of Duty: Black Ops
    -Call of Duty: World At War
    -Colin McRae: DiRT 2
    -James Bond 007: Blood Stone
    -Medal of Honor
    -Skate 3
    -WWE: All Stars
    -Grand Theft Auto IV: Episodes From Liberty City
    -FIFA 11

      People with hacked consoles shouldn't be on the PSN! And certainly shouldn't be on DEV servers!! IDC about PSN anymore I prefer my homebrew.

      I personally believe anything relating to PSN on a hacked console on this forum should be deleted! But I doubt it would be.

      Has anyone tryed getting the socom servers? I tryed using my eboot but i have the PSN downloadable version and the eboot doesn't work when i try. Thats the only game i would care to play online as most my friends on psn still play it.

      I wonder, is there a way we can set up a private psn server for hacked consoles? Like how you can create you own world of warcraft private servers? I'm sure if a group creates a hub on which we can list which games are supported, it would get a lot of hits, also I'm sure many of us would donate to keep the servers running as well.

      I bought the back the the future episodes on PSN and was able to download the first one using the certificate hack to get on PSN I don't hack games I just want to be able to BUY stuff from PSN will this hack let me buy stuff from the playstation store?

      Ehhh...I find it a bit risky now that Sony is gunning for everyone now. They got lots of free time to go after us now that the case is over. They probably are just looking for a reason now.

      Ok let me clarify something. My method requires f*ckPSN. If you run a server mapper in conjunction with my method it will not work. My method was for safely getting on debug networks. It was never meant to be used with a server mapper.

      To clarify. The dev PSN and retail PSN are different. No syncing trophies to retail PSN, no retail PSN friends and no PSN store. This is not PSN.

      Which tutorial? If you are referring to mine I didn't spell out every single detail for a reason. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE ON DEV PSN!!!!! Google would have told you about f*ckPSN and how to use it. Oh and if you don't appreciate someone else's findings then maybe you should figure these things out on your own and write up your own tutorial. Mine was not really a tutorial. If you are speaking of the server mapper listed I didn't find that tutorial hard to follow either. As I stated before the two will not work together.

      Ok in my thread on spoofing I was using F*ckPSN in Linux. Now when I ran it a couple of days ago I saw the "ConsoleID spoofed message". After testing it in Windows I do not see that message. I am not sure what has changed but my method of keeping people safe my be inaccurate. I will test again in Linux as soon as I am able to log into Linux.

      Ok confirmed. ConsoleID spoofing is not working I jumped the gun. You can try using PSID patcher and blanking your console ID but I have never tried that.

      I don't care much about being able to get on psn. It really doesn't matter to me that people choosing to use cfw definitely do not inherit the right to connect to psn. To me its just not worth being in constant battle with sony to be able to connect. I would be more interested in some type of alternative "open" psn.
      With that said I do use methods (when they exist) to access psn from cfw, simply to use netflix through my ps3. It really pisses me off that netflix requires psn. How hard would it be to get netflix to work through this method?

      I feel the same way about XBox 360 also. Why do you have to have a gold account to access Netflix. Netflix being a paid service shouldn't be tied to the network.

      Your partly correct, if you get you another email account dont use Quick sign up button, use the alt one(cant remember the name) you can fake all the details up until your username. Use your orig. PSN ID and voila! Your COD stats will be back to normal, but your friends wont show up since your on an alternate server to them (np and sp-int). Using your original PSN ID on sp server will not enable you to sync servers or re enable any content from your Store account. Its only for game stats. I havent tried it with any other game than Black Ops but the principle should be the same.

      I created a new psn id but I cant logon with it on the ps3. Works fine on the pc tho and I have checked and rechecked my info and I am entering it right. I followed the guide but still a no go. Says sign in id or password is incorrect but I know its not. Ideas?

      You need to create via the PS3 while in dev network. It wont work if your creating via the PC website. What you did is create another user id for the regular consumer server not the dev server.

      Another thing, can I somehow connect to dv psn with my existing ps3 user account? Or do I havee to make new one? Because demons souls saves cannot be moved or copied, not even to another user in same ps3

      i just get a dam dns error but with **** psn it signs in but no one plays my settings are fine

      lol dude. I have a modified console. I did not mean what I said in a bad way. I said that psn should not belong on hacked consoles because it basically puts us at risk of being easily banned. Perhaps I should of clarified myself some more. Or perhaps if devs can continuously make new cfw with some stealth options. I just thought it was for the better if the homebrew secene did not bother with psn.
