Here is a different version for those handicap people.
How about,..Multiman Basic/Multiman Advance/Multiman Full?
I already have a snes emulator.
Besides that?...
The Option to choose between 4:3/16:10/16:9 Aspect Ratios to at least make the text READABLE instead of it looking all squeezed and never go back to see that forest.
16:9 AR looks bad on 4:3s
If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it does it make a sound?
Well if the tree doesn't give a F about what you think or have to say it will just make all the sounds it wants and carry on like nothing happened after playing you cause it never fell to begin with.

roms are stored in /dev_usb00*/ROMS/snes or /dev_hdd0/game/SNES90000/USRDIR/roms

Yes, I am.
If you wish to have covers for the SNES roms/games you must put .jpg images next to the roms or in multiMAN's USRDIR/covers_retro/snes folder.

Put the rom covers in the same folder where your roms are. For example
/dev_usb***/ROMS/snes/Mario World.snc
/dev_usb***/ROMS/snes/Mario World.jpg
or
/dev_hdd0/ROMS/snes/Mario World.snc
/dev_hdd0/ROMS/snes/Mario World.jpg

Dean, u r TRUELY god like when it comes to updates, i just wanted to offer a little suggestion, and that is........
Move the UPDATE icon to the top of the Settings menu, like the System Update icon is on the PS3 XMB.
Move the QUIT icon to the top of the multiMAN menu, like the Turn Off System icon is on the PS3 XMB.
Just thought i'd mention it, every time i got to quit multiMAN i end up checking for updates, cos i am so used to going to a place on the XMB to turn the PS3 off, if u know what i mean.
Please dont take this as disrecpect, a dig or a diss, i am in ore of ur skills at updating multiMAN, and it is my far the best homebrew on the PS3, and still getting better!!

I'm also having issues getting the retro to work full stop. I have reinstalled both multiman and snes9xgx.
I did notice that there is no reload.self in the directory that the ini file points at.
I just keep getting you must install the latest snesx version.
Am I being an idiot?

You need latest SNES and GENESIS+ GX emulators compiled to be compatible with multiMAN. Otherwise it won't work.
Here is an updated pack from this morning with freshly compiled latest builds of Genesis+ and SNES by squarepusher2:
multiMAN ver 2.00.03 UPDATE WITH SNES9x AND GENESIS+ GX (20110531_154000).rar (21.84 MB)
Pack contains:
* GENESIS_(20110531_110900)_multiMAN.pkg
* SNES90000_(20110531_105800)_multiMAN.pkg
* multiMAN ver 2.00.03 UPDATE (20110531_154000)
* Added: Support for PNG covers for Retro column (320x180 max resolution)
* Added: Support for md/MD and zip/ZIP for Genesis+ ROMs
* Fixed: wrong options/options_default.ini lines for genp_self / genp_roms
Condorstike is preparing a pack of 3D covers in PNG format for the Retro column, so I added support for PNG images (320x180 max).
D
To launch GENESIS+ GX roms from multiMAN you must install GEN+ emulator provided in the update link above. It is a separate application like SNES.
