    Roberto Bender has updated his NJ Media Server, an open source PS3 UPnP/DLNA Media Server.

    Current Version: 1.0.6.1 (Alpha)

    • Plugins Support Enhanced
    • Bug Fixes (a lot)
    • Deadlocks using windows Media Player
    • Statistics Disabled
    • Full Subtitle Download Support. Still not using the subtitles
    • Now you can double click a file and run it under your local default media player

    These are the NJ Media Server Key Features

    • NJ Media Server has been built for PS3 System (mainly) but it should work under other systems as well (not tested)

      • EXIF Support (Such as picture taken date, orientation)

      • ID3 Tags and Lyrics Tags Support

      you could aways test it m8 wont do mkv though yet

      Interesting release but still a bit early to be a contender for the PMS yet though i think

      Be nice to move away from a java based one in the future though as java's a bit broke on my x64 windows and im too lazy to do a reinstall on it lol

      So is there an available Media Server that runs mkv's yet? Does anybody know? Would love that :-)

      Playstation Media Server plays MKV's.
