multiMAN 02.02.00 released - multiLINGUAL (22 languages)

The probably most used app in the PS3 Scene has been updated. Deank has now released version 2.02.00 of multiMAN.

Changelog

Version 02.02.00

* Added: Multilingual Support (22 languages)
* Changed: 2304 entries per XMMB column
* Added: Caching of XMMB Video column to speed up boot process
* Added: MP3 pop-up info box in XMMB and File Manager
* Added: “Motion Sensor” setting in XMMB SETTINGS column
* Added: Motion sensitivity (waving left/right the dualshock controller changes display modes)
* Added: Debug mode (hold L2+R2 during boot). It will allow downloading official update, even if you’re on the same version.
* Fixed: Issues with coverflow display mode
* Fixed: Lock when too many AVCHD or Video titles present
* Fixed: Retro column not sorted after returning from emulator
* Changed: Behavior of “Refresh” buttons in XMMB multiMAN column and “System Settings” menu

  For anyone wonder why a language is missing you can go to deank's "MultiLINGUAL"thread and offer your help, i am sure you will find people who can assist you with getting started on making said language available

  The "multiLINGUAL" thread was open for 2 weeks. I included all available translations. Understand me right I don't speak 22 languages, so it is up to people like you to translate it in their language.
  
  There are some important rules and limitations when doing the translation, so if you need help - ask in the proper thread.

  Is there any way to increase the amount of roms that show up in the retro area? I am finding that if I put too many that some are not showing up at all.

  I find it difficult to believe there are users which can play 2300 ROMS at the same time (or actually OWN so many). If you find the limitation problematic - put only the roms you really play, or just use the emulators directly (not from multiMAN).

  @Dean.....Nice app m8, just couple a things, can we get a Select all/De-select all button in the file manager?
  Also can you imagine putting an Autostart feature to multiman, a bit like the `Disc auto start option on OFW`....?

  I'll see about 'select all folders' / 'select all files', depending on what your mouse pointer sits over. You're aware that multiple selection works only for FOLDERS or only for FILES, but not mixed.
  
  About auto-boot - even if it was possible, I'd never suggest anyone to use such feature. You never know what bug will come to light and if multiMAN is the first thing to be launched - you'll be stuck. I don't like that perspective.

  there is almost always a dutch version when things like this get translated not this time it seems, not that anyone actually uses the dutch translation but still its usually there.

  Ever since 2.00.50, multiMAN boots but quits to xmb in about 20 seconds. It works fine on 2.00.00 and before but nothing after 2.00.50.
  
  When it goes back to XMB there is no error message, it just closes the applicaton. I've tried reinstalling multiman, kmeaw, and even formatted the hdd. What can be the issue or how to fix

  I haven't been very active, but was following the scene closely.
  But anyway, for those wondering about Dutch, I'm currently translating MM to Dutch, might be a couple of days before it's done anyway.
  
  And when I'm done I need a volunteer to check for typo's etc.

  This issue should be gone in 02.02.00.

  It's not, I'm still experiencing the issue. if there's anything you want me from me, let me know but i may need instructions depending on what you want me to do. i don't have other os installed.

  Yesterday i was on 2.00.00, then update with the full (if i remember correctly 68mb-ish big) 2.02.00. It booted but failed to stay on (went back to XMB without error messages), so I deleted 2.02.00 then reinstalled it, still no go. I don't have any other Managers, nor homebrew apps except that one app that changes O <==> X (I have US PS3 but prefer O on Accept, X to cancel). FYI: I am back on 2.00.00 again and it doesn't quit to XMB. so far everything after 2.00.50 all shows the same symptom, on Multiman for about 20 seconds then it quits to XMB without error

  * Included all languages (with latest versions posted by translators until 2011-07-11 21:05EET)
  * Added back Dutch
  * Added back Portuguese BR
  * This update should fix "Not enough memory for web browser" which some users experienced
  * Added check for downloaded multiMAN updates (to avoid installing broken/incomplete PKG files)
  * Command menu in File manager changed a bit
  * Changes to Bulgarian and Ukrainian languages

  Do you have a lot of games and videos on an external USB HDD? If you do try running MM without your HDD plugged in. Someone else had similar problems and it seemed to be due to MM Auto searching at start up.
  
  Not sure if it turned out to be one bad file or not, but it didn't kick back to XMB when they did not have the External USB HDD plugged in. So try without and if it cures it at least you have a starting point to work from.

  I have 0 videos and I do not use an external HDD. I use a 1tb Internal HDD, 2.5 SATA.

  I using Multiman and my PS3 crashes everytime when I move out of the "game" section in XMB. I use kmeaw 3.55.

  MultiMan cause a crash. when I use it and move away from "game section"for example video or pictures , PS3 Crash immediately.
  
  and this happening only the latest versions of MultiMan
