So after a useless firmware update, Sony has decided to update their Terms of Service (ToS)…again. What fabulous changes has Sony made? Well they now have the right to spam us with select advertisements and the right to screw those on OFW by revoking the right of a second ‘Welcome Back’ package if the PlayStation Network was ever under attack for a second time.

In case you don’t feel like checking your email, here it is:

Why do I have the feeling Sony's security will still be half arsed then if they feel the need to remove the right to a "welcome back" program?

whats the point of Sony saving all the credit cards info.??
people should already know that buying stuff online is not always 100% secure.

Specially those stealing your neighbors WIFI

they could be hackers, waiting for you to buy stuff online and they could be saving every key you press.

my point is, sony, we dont want you to save all our info.
no even date of birth, location or anything...

im out, its kind of late here in California =] 2 AM

Because they didn't fix much. They stopped the attack, did a useless investigation (I say useless because it got them nowhere) then brought the same crap back online and just made you change your password. I was done with PSN after this happened. Now I am on Xbox Live and I buy prepaid cards.

I think that must be incomplete...the part you posted doesn't mention anything about giving them your soul, becoming a blues legend, or a fiddle contest.

BTW...3.70 is not useless...it includes a small freeware-quality utility for 7.1 audio on headphones. A neat feature for some of us. Not worth upgrading from 3.55 of course, but still, a neat feature that I would love to see in CFW.

it's like Nissan Skyline GT-R, which isn't the best car to modify allthough it has 480hp. I hope Sony's company gets hit by a tsunami or something, maybe then they will stop updating their TOS and firmwares that are comming out every month. **** Sony!

For those who did not hear, a Sony distribution centre in London was set alight and burnt to the ground, it distributed music for 150 labels I believe, many of which may face financial troubles now.

Are you kidding me All we need is more failing government intervention. Why are people so eager to let the BIG GUVMENT fix all our problems All they do is make things worse.
