This one part of the scene, why do you say this moves the scene forward, goes live again?

I find what has been done on research for PARAM.SFO and ECSDA algo a larger progress than some bug fixes from an existing project.

Well I also appreciate deank’s work, however ... you probably get what I mean. The scene is much more than just one project.

would you mind telling faster than what version?

I'm still on 02.00.03 BASE and wanna know if this new version is any faster and performs better. (I couldn't care less about all the new visual eye-candies)

anyway glad to see an update and thanks deank.

Faster than 4.01; slower than 2.00 (not sure, im on 4.x since the first release and cant remember how fast is 2.x).

If the 2.0 do what you want, there is no need to update.

Edit: deank THANK YOU for the update!

If you don't find anything useful in the updates from 02.00.03 to 04.02.00 then stay with your current version. It is not all about speed but about stability and options. Sony's XMB is about 5 to 10 times SLOWER when it requires accessing USB or tons of stuff in music/video, not to mention that RETRO column with 2000 roms. SLOW = 5-10 seconds to get your 2000+ mp3 playlist or video collection or 2000 photos or 2000 roms.

I didn't update since 2.09.02
That makes two of us, I run KMEAW and I tried to upgrade today, it mmcm worked fine once, it mounted Pure, but Pure did not launch.

Then I tried to relaunch mmcm, but now it tells me error 80010006

Now I rebooted the PS3 and mmcm changed named to multiman and is OK about launching again. Uncharted 3 appears to launch.

This version is faster, the interfaces have all been improved & you wont see any 'paid' functions.
If you have a Cobra plugged in it loads what is essentially a totally different multiMAN
No Cobra plugged in and you wont see anything, again you will have what is essentially a totally different multiMAN.

is there a spoof built in or do we have to apply that? and if so, what is the path to do that?

and for the noob question, do i still need to apply eboot codes to all the new games or will the spoof eliminate that need?

(sorry, i guess they were both noob questions)

A spoof has nothing to do with multiman. A spoof is a tool that fakes your firmware version. Rebug has been handling spoofs, but I havent had to use on in a long time. Youy will still need to apply patches for your newer games to work

sweet! i think i can answer this one!!!!!!

full= the entire package full of covers, themes, and up to date multiman pkg.

base= if you already are running multiman and just want to update to the new features added.

Any valid links to the new version? Looks like the sendshare link has been taken down.

Super interface with nice blend of PoP to make it look even more fantastic.

When i see multiman updates, i know its gonna be good and useful for everyone.
