• Wololo has brought PS Vita owners that missed out on the last two exploits, or those on firmware 1.67 some exciting news, here is a small quote from his blog.

Hope you didn’t wait too long since our last VHBL release a bit more than 2 weeks ago… This is a new PSP user mode exploit by thecobra (also discovered a while ago by WosRet), which I confirmed runs on a PS Vita with Firmware 1.67. Unlike Motorstorm and Everybody’s Tennis, this game is available in the US store as well as some other countries (details to come).

You do realize that this is a PSP emulator exploit? It's not the Vita that gets hacked, but its PSP emulator. It's nice but it's basically the same as hacking a PSP.

But the real question is, how long until Sony removes the feature of copying PSP game saves?

I dont know if this is the best part or the worst part but I believe when sony pulls a game they have to reimburse the publisher for projected sales. So the more games that are released the more Sony has to pay. The more sony has to pay then less money for product developement. Hence Sony takes away psp bc.

There is no need to say its exploit in that and that firmware, the exploit is only in psp emulator.
I dont know, but i think they don't update the blacklist, they patching game's and if sony want's there will be end in savegame exploit's :D

Can you imagine Sony removing PSP playback? It will be like a trainwreck of epic proportions.

I do not know but, I think Sony still happy if someone hack psvista, because many more people will buy ps Vista. Like me, I only buy psp, ps3, or psvista, until someone can hack it.

I wonder what would happen if Sony found out there is an exploit for ALL the games in the download shop...
Would they actually pull them all?
It looks like the plan here is to list each game one at a time rather than saying "yeah, they are all hacked" so they can stretch out the availability of the hack which makes sense.
I just wonder how long Sony will play this game for before they notice and pull or fix everything.
Oh well, the "Tom and Jerry" cartoon that is Sony keeps on amusing.

Can we have a revote on keeping Vita news separate from PS3 news?

I have it on good authority that the game is Barbie's Magical Pony Race Adventures, a little-known title which was released for free with McDonald's Happy Meals a few years back. Better go snag it!

How much do you want to bet Sony will get fed up and decide to remove PSP backwards compatibility completely.

Yeah, it's not at all suspicious that "StraightShooter" just posted the same comment as "ramosxtreme", word-for-word, on the front page...

lol i can really see that happening, then all the people that never used the backwards compatibility will moan how hackers ruined everything.

That is usually the way spam bot post, but they usually have links, it turned out this member was just a lazy ass who wanted to hurry up and get past the 25 post limit in order to sell something.
