• mmCM ver 04.04.02 Released

    PS3 Hacks , 27.06.2012

    mmCM has been updated again today bringing a few more bug fixes and FW 4.20 spoofing.

    To quote:

    mmCM ver 04.04.02 BASE (20120627).rar (26.26MB)

    04.04.02 -

    * Changed folder “Paste” behavior in mmOS - when overwriting existing folder the destination will not be deleted before pasting
    * Added 3 key combos in mmOS (for full list please refer to “navigation.txt”):
    - SELECT+(CROSS hold) - Select All
    - SELECT+(L2/R2) - Scroll to top/bottom of folder/file list
    * Extended “FTP Server” options in “Settings”: Disable / Enable (1 min. TO)…(9 min. TO) / (No timeout) to set ftp connection timeouts
    * Added 4.20 to “Firmware Version” option in “Settings”

      thanks again DeanK & Cobra. looking forward to see what is in this and on a side note there needs to be a theme with a woman like that on in I got yellow fever (no disrepect ) isn't there a was to change the XMB icon of multiman

      JUST boot multiMAN next ,in xmb clone go too settings and then go to system information.

      it will show u MM's version and your system version:4.20(if u spoof that)

      it does not show spoofed to 4.20. Also according to the post there is supposed to be somewhere you can set it. I think the previous post to yours was correct and it is only available to Cobra users

      Brunolee may be able to tell you how to change the icons.

      I can't seem to get the Select +L2\R2 to work anyone else have this issue.

      its not just for cobra CFW bro...i test it on rogero and it show me 4.20.

      they never say :this feature is just for cobra cfw

      [MENTION=224021]DEFAULTDNB[/MENTION] I think we may need to install a different firmware.... I could be wrong, I'm just thinking out aloud since the Spoofer that Team Rebug creates for Kmeaw/MFW variants are different to the Spoofer they create for Rebug FW. If you catch my drift.

      I haven't been able to get the 4.20 spoof to activate. When I click on it nothing happens and I'm on cobra fw and have the dongle. The 4.11 spoof works just not the newer one which is weird.

      I have 3.55 kmeaw with 4.11 spoof, my guess is that removing the spoof would allow the mMcM spoof to work if people are having problems. Will go test it out now..... brb

      EDIT:

      Deactivated and removed rebug 4.11 version spoof, updated mMcM to 04.04.02, can't find the "firmware version" option to spoof it. So we must need a cobra dongle for that option/feature to enable... right?

      That is the way it was for the 4.11 spoofing, so I am assuming the dongle is required for this one as well. BTW, I believe the option is somewhere at the very bottom of the settings (for those with Cobra USB).

      Yup gayOpa being the scenes biggest sellout scumbag, its no wonder that Cobras main man deank decided to make his home there.

      Its good in my opinion, keep all the sellouts together in one place, we can either refer to PS3Crunch as TBCrunch or SelloutCrunch.

      Updating wont harm anything. The only feature you wont get is 4.20 spoofing unless you have cobra fw/cobra dongle.

      Nice update. I am having a problem updating multiman. When I try to access multiman from the xmb, it gives me a black screen. It's been doing that ever since I installed the PSoN pkg on my ps3. I have cobra cfw on my ps3. Is there a way to uninstall the PSoN pkg from my ps3, multiman was working fine before I did this.

      You need to find out what files were modified.

      PS3tools GUI 2.1 errors because this is a debug pkg....

      If you went to recovery and reinstalled your CFW (kmeaw for example) it should fix the problem, if it was PSoN causing the issue

      [MENTION=193131]Translucid[/MENTION] is right, it was corrupted.

      Had a probe around the mMcM folder on the PS3 through MMos and couldnt find any reference to the spoof files, going to download the 04.04.02 base pkg and extract it on my pc to find out more.

      I just tried download and it made me download a "rar.exe" file which was 257kb in size from send space.

      EDIT: download is corrupt. after 2nd attempt

      EDIT 2: 3rd time lucky, download worked

      EDIT 3:

      Maybe I'm being retarded, but I used PKGView to open the 04.04.02 mMcM base pkg and still found 0 references to the spoofer files or vsh.self.... wtf? Even with a dongle I don't see how this would spoof sh!t.

      Need some help guys. I was able to get multiman to work again thanks to the members on here Now, when I enable to spoof, I am only able to spoof to 4.00, 4.10, and 4.11. When I try to enable 4.20 spoof, nothing happens. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
