   this is for using it on pc and not a ps3 as this doesnt change anything on the head set only on the pc, i believe.

   This headset only works on a 3.70 ofw ps3, but easily works on any pc (stupid sony)
   I hope dex could unleash that feature for all ps3 owners.
   
   Nice sound to listen music if you equalize correctly(itunes is better).
   Expensive anyway.
   
   The last model to be launched is for 4.2x ofw(stupid sony).

   So it's not compatible with 3.70+ Dex Fw? I held back on purchasing one of those cause it doesn't work on 3.55 but I thought since we can get up to 4.20 on Dex there should be a way use it, no dice than huh? Can someone confirm this and perhaps even explain why it doesn't work on a 3.70+ Dex?

   I have a pair of these and the ingame/xmb sound works from my DEX(its on 4.11 atm) so you'll get full use out of these if you did decide to purchase a set.
