Alright finally I got it done but not without the help of an anonymous person, that gave me the proper vsh.self, index.dat, and version.txt files. For some reason I just could not get it right, every time I would use mine i would get black screen on boot.
3.55-CEX-KAMEL-PSN-ACCESS (no need for ****psn)
So without further delay here is a 3.55 MFW built with patches below.-Peek and Poke
-Install Debug pkg files
-Spoofed to 4.25
-Patched for direct connection to psnInstructions.
backup your original files for later use or if you want or just re flash the firmware.

Not running a PC and proxy but still accessing PSN is great....if I supported MFW and PSN together. I do not condone the two together, but if you do get online please make sure not to interfere with games in which legitimate users are trying to play legit. This opens the door for cheating and I can think of entire forums that want to get on just to cheat.

Well Ive tried this and using the PSIDpatch 1.6 (changes the console ID) and i've changed the PSID (just to be safe) and console ID as you said, and now I got the error 8002A224...help?
EDIT: NVM! turns out i had to actually put the vsh in exactly as you wrote it, I thought it was supposed to be in the module folder since it shown the original vsh.self file in there, but nope. Anyways, It works, STILL doesnt fix my activation problem in the PS store though. the "Error occured during install operation"....SERIOUSLY, is there NO WAY to fix this DAMN error at ALL?!? dammit I just want to buy a few DLCs
ALSO, I've tried what Ryant told me earlier with remove the offline user and what not, still doesnt fix that error. Making a new user doesn't work either.

This is amaizing. Used vsh.self, index.dat, and version.txt on my REBUG CFW and finally PSN IS UP IN THE AIR AND WORKING. No need to spoof, because is included. Hope this method will be used when sony releases another FW. Thanks iskamel for this, is so easy, much better than Fu*kPsn!

Sorry I got busy and then passed out for a little bit (damn insomnia catching up to me) but I actually spoke to kamel and I am going to try and patch this pup with the flash files he included so that everyone can just install it and not have to mess around in flash, because we would have already done that for you
Should be up somewhere today for those that are scared of messing around in flash, but if you follow simple instructions then it really isnt hard to do and brick risk should be at a minimal....unless you get into flash and start going ape **** trying to play with other things that you shouldn't be messing with.

just took a look at rogero 3.6 it was supposed to work like this mfw/replaced files from itskamel, after decrypt the self> elf noticed rogero 3.6 was made with passphrase for 4.11, replaced with the new passphrase on the vsh.self.elf and rebuild using self_rebuilder and magicpkg, both output new encrypted vsh.self, then again not identical to eachother and also diff from the vsh.self from itskamel, the other files (index.dat&version.txt) are a match with the rogero files, i thought let's re-produce it...just for the lulz.....big fail for me
anyways..gonna replace it just to see if it works, only weird that self_rebuilder and magicpkg produces 2 different encrypted self files

I got RSOD after replace the 3 files, rebooted my ps3 and evrything was normal and i´m on PSN/SEN now using rebug 3.55.2
Tip: disable any spoofs you have and reboot yore ps3 before replace the files!

Why are people attempting to do this to pups that other than the one created specifically for this? Messing around in flash can be dangerous if you screw up. Normally I do not speak for anyone, but kamel isn't going to accept any responsibility when you brick because of not being able to follow some of the easiest instructions to follow that you could possibly ask for. Sure it may work for some of your more common MFWs but I am seeing people trying to get it working on rebug and I believe rebug uses a different vsh.self then other typical MFWs.
If any bricks resulting from failure to read simple instructions do happen, then not only will I laugh at you, but so are many other people. Also nobody is going to accept any responsibility over your lack of literacy and comprehension.
Wow is PSN really worth bricking a PS3 just so they can attempt to use this on other MFWs? You guys do realize that a MFW made with MFW builder works just as good as any other typical MFW as long as it was built correctly (which seems to be the case with this MFW) Why risk bricking when you can simply follow instructions, and use a pup that provides the exact same functionality as almost every other pup you guys are mentioning (except rebug as it is a lot different in terms of features)? You guys keep attempting this if you want, it may work, it may leave you with a paperweight, but either way I wouldn't recommend it. Almost every MFW is the same with different patches applied. The build method and actual patches used may be different, but almost all of them provide the same basic functionality.

I guess you guys havent seen what can happen from maessing around in dev flash and making a simple mistake. Just ask [MENTION=25257]gliitch[/MENTION] about what can happen. All I am going to say is he created unbrick tutorials after he screwed up his flash.
Honestly I don't care if it does work or if it doesn't point being if something happens, and bricks start arising from the chaos of this reading comprehension failure then maybe you deserve it just so you get a good lesson on why reading comprehension is important.
I had nothing at all to do with this PUP or patches. All I did was talk to kamel and shoot a few ideas to him. He put in the time, sought out all the needed information and got to work on a small project that drove him up the wall for a few days. Not following simple instructions that have been tested, verified, and confirmed as safe as possible is not only disrespectful to the person that put this together for you, but it is just plain ****ing retarded.
To anyone that doesn't think they know everything I recommend using the simple to follow instructions in the first post of this thread. You can do what other people are doing, but it will be at your own risk and ps3hax, kamel or any name he listed in his post will not be held responsible for failure to follow instructions. I am going to hide now before the incoming wave of NGU members, and PSN cheaters that are probably coming if they arent already here start showing up.
PSN and MFW are 2 things I am against working together, and I believe I have said enough in this thread. The only reason I even bothered listening to kamel talk about any of this these last few days, or offered to make a pup that didnt require copying anything to flash was to help the community, but I am already seeing things that I do not like seeing and this is telling me something. Next time instead of even bothering to post in a thread like this I am probably going to just stick to my usual reply of "MFW and PSN should never work together"
Everyone report every single cheater you see or have a little fun with these leet PSN cheaters. These files work with rebug, I just switched from debug and normal without problem. The 3 files are not difficult to replace as long as you have a functioning brain and are willing to mess with devflash. BTW not sure if this part was relevant or not, but the cert I used was ****psn's I just left it in there.
This works for me and I didn't install itskamel's mfw, I just replaced files.

So after scanning through every single post I did not see anyone mention getting this to work on kmeaw.
Does the itskamel f/w have the same compatibility as kmeaw?
(Like I know some things work on rebug only and some work on kmeaw only, though I can't recall any exact pkgs off the top of my head...)
Also, say I misplaced my original certs (and my vsh MAY be modified, I can't remember anymore) I'm guessing the easiest way to restore the originals if I wanna stick with kmeaw and add this fix to it would be to reinstall my cfw pup?
I do it anytime a spoofer rsods my ps3 (lol has happened at least 4 times) so I'm presuming it'll work right?
Obviously I don't wanna brick my ps3 (who does right?) so I figure I'd ask a few questions before I touch anything. If this f/w has the same compatibility as kmeaw (or if that's even relevant anymore) then I'll probably just switch over.

Well I'm not sure what people are doing wrong, I've given the way my ps3 was setup and where I put the files. It works for me, and I replaced the files half asleep. Lol to each his own though, when messing with Dec_flash on any Cfw or Mfw you take responsibility for yourself, if someone is not compitent enough to follow instructions then maybe they should be on OFW.
Again replacing files on rebug worked for me. Just take one step at a time, follow instructions and you will be fine

I can confirm this works with Kmeaw. After exiting Blackbox ftp, I got the RSOD but I just cut the system off and all was good when I powered it back on.

Seriously though this works because the MFW/patches were made to make the PSN login server think that this is current firmware. PSN access comes and goes with MFW. It could work a day, it could work a week, it could work a month, but it will eventually be stopped, but who is to say that people will not be able to get it working again eventually.

great news i was using f.uck-PSN but when i played online, i could not connect with other players on certain games like mortal kombat 9 (+ tested the komplete edition) and tekken 5 dark resurection and street fighter 2 turbo hd remix, but the weird thing is mortal kombat arcade works. is this only to connect online and play a few psn games online ???
Gonna fix my 27 cert file and try the rebug juice for psn and then report back.....

ok people the reason this is working is because previously your ps3 was saying something like "PS3" now with the vsh.self edited it says "PS3_C" and a few other edits. if psn does not see "PS3_C" then it will deny you server side.

The dex method isn't working for me. I get 80010017 error whenever I try to run PSon_Dex. If someone has it working for dex please show me how.

Great news, it is working for me. i have a pal ps3 slim with cfw rebug 3.55.2 update 0.7 with 4.25 spoof.
i fixed the 27.cer file with the original one and replaced the 3 files that i dloaded from this post.
Tekken 5 dark ressurecion works now (got my ass kicked hehehe), street fighter 2 hd remix works (also got my ass kicked again), mortal kombat arcade kollection still works, all those are psn games but i tested tekken tag tournament 2 online and it hangs after i press x ok button, so online pass patch is needed.
Mortal Kombat 9 (+Komplete Edition) still no connection on ranked/player match and in rooms, i can go everywhere online in the menus but no player vs player connection, it just says unavailable, dont know if there is a patch needed for that.
In other words, it is working for me to get online. My TIP: play psn games online, real games dont work well (update etc etc bla bla things and stupid online passes)

Phew, it works.
But I got real scared for a moment when I quit the FTP program and immediately got the RSOD.
Luckily everything seems to be ok after a reboot.
I use the old (original) but golden Kmeaw 3.55 with custom cert for fkpsn.
All I did was replace the three files with dev_blind.
PSN works.

so anyone can Confirm the DEX Method Works ? i got the Maintenance thingee when i try to Sign in :\ i Installed the Two .Pkg Files and installed them on Itskamel DEX 3.55 cfw the 1st one Run and Restart the Console the Other Launches and get back to XMB and i Changed the Network Environment to (np) but when i try to Login i get the Maintenance thingee ....... is it me doing something Wrong or it's the Same to Everyone ?

i had the Same Error Code , go to Debug Settings and Under the Network Environment Change (sp-int) to (np) and Restart your PS3 the Error won't Appear Again but idk if you will be Able to Continue as i couldn't and get the Maintenance thingee :P

That's odd, my psp running OFW still says the site is running maintenance and that is the same message i'm receiving on my ps3 so im going to wait it out myself.

I don't know if this helps with the RSOD issue people maybe having, but for some strange reason I got the RSOD. So I desided to make a drink and some food, only to find on my return my ps3 had reset with the Factory/Service Mode showing on the screen and the new firmware installed. So I thought I would say maybe wait 20 mins or so before you do the RSOD recovery steps. Has anyone also found this?

How do I revert back to a different cfw? Kmeaw for instance? Recovery mode seems to be unavailable. Just get 3 beeps, not 2 and won't boot into recovery mode. Trying to convert to dex and dont think I should do so from this firmware :S. XMB says newest update already installed.
Edit: Nevermind. I'm just an idiot. I had a small usb pen drive plugged in that the ps3 was hiding. Unplugged it and it booted.

See, the one thing I like about ****Psn is the ability to let the kids on the ps3 without online play as they dont know how to start ****Psn.
However, if this method is much different, I will be tmpted.
But as asked before me, IS there much difference, what I mean is, is this likely to get blocked at the same time as ****Psn because any files, keys, methods it uses is the same anyway?

The wifi connection is fine. I just can't log in. Help.
Well i am owing a kmeaw cfw with spoofer 3.70(and i do not where to find this to removed it. I haven't updated the multiman since i bought it last year)
I install the package file and it was successful. Now the spoofer says that it's 4.25. I have signed up for a new account. It was successful again but when I am logging back, it received ERROR 80710092. I am getting crazy!
Btw I am a girl, hehehe. So I am noob when it comes to ps3 technical issues and softwares.

I can login into PSN, play online and Dl DLC, but when I try to run or install the DLC I am getting error codes

Ran enable SEN with the dev_flash fix from the furtsiv.pkg

Good to see that people still can't read simple instructions. Honestly if you haven't figured out how to access PSN yet, are using rebug to do this, or come in here to ask a piracy question, then you should stop trying now.

ok, this needs to be said....those that are flipping the **** out over people using the patch files on rebug....STFU and sit down!!
1. if people want to use it then that is their decision. they say it works. If it works now, it will always work. It's not like suddenly a week from now their console will just melt after it's been fine this whole time.
2. anything negative that COULD potentially happen from replacing files like those included in the patch can be fixed with a simple reflashing of any 3.55 firmware in recovery. It's a free 5 minute fix.
all the ranting and *****ing & moaning about people using a patch on what is considered the most fully featured cex firmware available is just absolutely absurd!!! people have tested it and they say it works. accept that, and shut your damn mouth already!!

We didnt test it for rebug, we know rebug is different, and we didnt want to hear people cry about bricks. i dunno why u all r getting ur panties in a wad. if ur not sure about overwriting ur dev_flash files then dont. it only took like a day before someone took the files and threw them in a spoofer pkg. (what i would have just done to begin with considering i like rebug.) if u cant follow simple directions or ur not sure then follow itskamel its almost idiot proof. then again the more idiot proof you make something the better the idiots seem to get. i dunno maybe we all just need to pass the peace pipe and contemplate the next move when sony releases a new fw. for example id like to add my own ssl cert to the next ofw so i dont have to wait for the passphrase.i can just ask charles and he would be more than happy to tell me lol.

I've paid for it twice on 360 and ps3. Games like call of Juarez the cartel. That game isn't worth the plastic it's printed on. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for with the exception of video games. If its crap $60 and if it's good $60. So how the Hell am I supposed to know what I should spend my hard earned mny on. Also I don't trust review sites. Their opinion my not reflect my opinion. ive installed this, i connected one time but now nothing i get the system update needed. i can still connect on my ****psn ps3 but not this one. i installed the firmware and replaced the proper files.

Wow I'm so excited had to post this somewhere. I was on CFW 3.55 and updated MM via USB then upgraded to CFW Rogero 4.30 with np. I'm online and so far I'm loving it. I'm sure I'll find a few installed games won't work anymore but out with the old and in with the new lol
