Be Seen Again- Make you seen by friends again
Notes on making files read only:
This will still be in effect after resetting the system, so essentially no more wiping history
ever again.You MUST disable other apps from erasing history such as multiman, which i use it has a nice
ini file you can edit to make it stop doing it here is how for multiman:Go to its folder via ftp /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/options_default.ini
Open it in notepad or whatever and find: clear_activity_logs=1 make it say clear_activity_logs=0
Save and reload it to ftp and now it wont clear history anymore.
I’m sure gaia and other managers have something similar read their readme’s.

First of all, thank you for the app. Just one question, though. I want to stop Multiman from clearing history like it is advised in the NFO but I can't find the line stated on the default_options.ini. It was probably changed since the first release of this app. Any ideas of how to do it now?

This tool seemed pretty straightforward to me.
Install via package manager, run the tool, click the first 3 things and you're good to go.

I think You can also edit multiman's param.sfo and change the BLUSXXXXX and name to what ever game you want that's not installed on your system...or would never play...ex: shrek 3, spongebob,....you could get creative.

All,
I know this is the wrong thread since I have Kmeaw 3.55 using PSN+Spoof Enabler/Disabler for 3.55 & 4.31, but the link given for the "3.55 CFW Version of PSNnja v3" wasn't a dedicated thread like this one. It was titled "Homebrew Application List/PC Homebrew Creation Tools Updated For 2012". So I apologize if this is the wrong thread. Please send me a link or redirect this post to the approriate thread or advise that I create a new one for this issue.
I followed the instructions verbatim. First, when I ftp into /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR, I don't see the options_default.ini. But after clicking around, I notice it was in /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/sys. When I opened it up via notepad, I notice at the top it says to do the following:

/dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/options.ini
"
So I do that, run PSNnja, and enable the following settings for testing:
1) Wipe History
2) Replace History
3) Make History Files read Only
4) Hide From Friends
The reason I enabled #4 is so that I can test whether the app was working by signing onto Raptr. The good news is that I do see BLUS30017 under my game folder on the ps3. The bad news is that it still shows me online. So instead I save the options_default.ini to the original location: /dev_hdd0/game/BLES80608/USRDIR/sys. Still no joy. I even enabled the spoof 4.31 and tried installing the PSNnja v4 but it gave me an error. And unfortunately, I did verify that when I was in multiman, it did show it under Raptr.
After reading around, it seems like this was the safest method:

The ps3 still sends the logs to sony as long as have a usable connection even if you don't log in to psn.
To be a little safer you must first disable the connection(unplug the ethernet cable before turning on the console), use multiman to mount the backup and only then re-enable the connection and log in.
"
It's not 100% but at least you won't be visible to using homebrew. Any advice is appreaciate. Thanks!

I can confirm that this DOES NOT WORK on rogero cfw 4.30
1) your friends can still see you if you select hide from friends
2) while running the homebrew it shows up you are playing PSNinja
idk about the other options as idk how to check if they are working
I hope this app doesn't get me banned from psn 4.30 users be warned

As far as Raptr is concerned, I was playing on PSN before installing this and I had someone else with Raptr check my status. The game names showed up and not Multiman.
Regardless I decided to install this resigned PSNnja v4 with first 3options + clear browser history. At the moment it seems like Raptr isn't updating the status to the game I'm playing instead it is reporting played so and so 1 day ago. Although I'll see what happens with that later, so far so good.
I've not been able to get someone to check my status on PSN since I'm new.
If anyone wants to check what our status is reporing on PSN, just pm me the time (GMT) you want to check and psn id, and we can both check each others status.

Follow up: After installing PSNnja v4, the one in the original post.
Raptr: Does not update what game I'm playing. At the moment it says I last played Burnout Paradise 2days ago.
PSN: Says exactly the game I'm playing, ie black ops.
Does not mention Multiman anywhere yet. :D

I'd rather not use the app just for multiman (it's the only homebrew I'm using until I get around to resigning a bunch of stuff...) but if I have to I have to...
It's better than getting my PSN banned considering it's the same account I use on my Vita...
