This is an embarrassing mess for whoever messed up, recently Hitman: Absolution  was released, it and Sleeping Dogs retail for around $80 US, but a slip up seen both those games being sold on the Croatian store for 80 Kuna, which comes to just under $14 US, unfortunately, if you did not mange to get this awesome offer, there is no chance of doing so, as the Croatian PSN now blocks you from  adding funds to your account:

Sometimes the Xbox 360 of a game is a bit more pricey than the PS3 version, but it also happens the opposite, on Amazon.co.uk.
Like for example, Baja: Edge of Control is cheaper now on PS3 than Xbox 360.
I am interested in purchasing this game but I don't have my PS3 right now.

But if you see the discounts on Steam (which are also only digital copies of the games) even on newer games [today dishonored and Borderlands 2 with a 50% Discount] it would be possible it wasn't even a real mistake.

Prices very depending on location. In Japan they even sell for as far as $90-100. In Europe it's about $75.

Why do we degenerate into flaming and trolling every time the word piracy is mentioned in a thread? So, it's a site about hacking, and a byproduct of that hacking is piracy. We all know that. But that doesn't mean everyone is ok with piracy. In addition to that, I'm sure if the admins and mods publicly condoned piracy the "powers that be" would not look kindly upon it, so knowing that, why would they condone or "admit" anything of the sort?
I guess what I'm saying is that it's not an argument that can be "won" by either side, so let's all just agree to disagree and leave it at that, shall we?
Back on topic, I wish I had caught that sale in time, as I generally cannot afford games until they hit ebay, so getting a new one would have been a treat.

People in Croatia are POOR (generally speaking, they don't have much $$ to spend on video games)
Average Salary in Croatia is: 600$/month.
Even with 13$ game price it's still much for some people.
Like people in USA do have at least 1500$+ monthly salary.
I live 150 miles from croatia capital, and have 600$ salary, and i buy only very best games while i pirate other

I remember the same happened with Amazon and their previous generation tablets. The sold each one of them in a part of the world for like 22-ish dollars instead of 199 because of a currency error which caused them a huge problem since in that country there were dozens pre-ordered and they could not do anything and the device was already getting sold at a loss so they were financialy screwed up.

People only pay high amounts of money if they want because they can import from other countries which could be cheaper than buying locally.
TheHut/Zavvi sends me discount codes all the time of 10% but what I want is still at £14.95 not £9.95 and it doesn't feel worth that much even. It's kind of a mediocre game, anyway.
