this is really a minor update... main changes are:
- updated most tools to show the progress bar also on the task bar (Windows 7 only)
- the pkg content id now shows a big icon that tells if the pkg is OK or not.
- updated the databases (keys, titleid, cheats, klics, dev klics, secure file ids, etc.)

Theses databases are updated very often (indeed they were updated today again).
Right clicking on the big blue icon of the PKG Content ID allows to update the databases from the "cloud".

or use the new link

Will this version also be virus infested?

All the releases of my PS3 Tools Collection are always reported as "virus infected" or malware, mainly due the PKG_ContentID.exe. The way this application behaves (it associate several file extensions to it), triggers the heuristic of many antivirus sofware. You can include it in the exclusion list of your antivirus (if you trust in my software).

How can I remove this program?
I installed it on the wrong pc :$

edit:

I found the folder of this program, deleted it but I still see few of the options of the program like "Make PKG, Split Folder, Hash Folder" when I right click on a folder, how can I remove them?

There is (was) a file remove_ps3tools_file_associations.reg in the folder:
.\ps3tools\tools\registry patches\

Double click on it, and confirm the question, to remove all the associations created by the tool.

Than you can delete the folder of the tool.

Thank you aldostools for these invaluable tools and their constant maintenance. I can't imagine not having/using them. They are truly one of the biggest assets to the scene.
