New updates to the latest Aldostools. These new releases bring your usual round of bug fixes and a few new features listed below:

    Bruteforce Edat 1.2.1 updated 2013-09-21!
It’s a dev klicensee bruteforcer that can be used to find the klicensee used on edat files. It uses BuC’s dev klicensee validator to test the potential keys and the superfast JjKkYu’s EDAT dev_klic bruteforcer tool.

New in this release: As some games may have several EDATs, each one with a different dev_klic; in this update I have added a new application to list the dev_klicensee and Content ID for each EDAT in a game folder.

Special thanks to Catalinnc for his awesome contribution discovering the klicensees!

PS3 Bruteforce Save Data 4.1.7 updated 2013-09-19!It’s a frontend for flatz save data tools 0.2.3. It finds the keys of several games in seconds and let you resign your saved games and trophies. A wide selection of cheats and checksums for 711 titles is also available ready to be applied to the saves.

Features: Resign trophies or saves, preview images of trophies, direct FTP download/Upload saves or trophies from/to PS3, unlock saves/trophies to work on any PS3 account, unlock saves/trophies with FAKE account id, added support for Game Genie cheats, fixed issue with patch SFO, improved load time. Multiple saves can be resigned in a single step. Direct update of the repository of cheats from ps3cheating.net. Patch Creator 1.6.9 plugin to assist in the creation of save patches and quick access to PS3 Save Portal with several saves that only need to be resigned.

New in 4.1.7: Added support for “(Choose one)” or “(Select one)” cheat. Fixed some parsing issues in the cheat engine introduced in the previous update.

TIP: After you resign and replace your trophies, it is required to Rebuild Database through Recovery Menu, and launch a game that will do “Sync Trophies” on it’s startup in order to get the trophies working properly.

Special thanks to flatz, chaoszage, skillerCMP, gingerbread, zeick, keha, SHAkA, X-GHOST-X, Zephyer, ngu-tripate, Red-EyeX32, butnut, acab, Petar, Dreamcat4 and many others

    Bruteforce EBOOT 1.3 new 2013-09-18!
This tool is more an EXPERIMENT than a real key finder… a 128bit key is expected to take milleniums to bruteforce it, but if you are extremely LUCKY you could find a rifkey using this method. Anyway, I’m sharing this because a friend asked me to make it to have some fun.

The tool generates random or sequential values and uses MAGIC333X’s bruteforce tool to test thousands or millions of rifkeys per second.

Ok, not sure if this has been answered on other post but I see it say something about trophies? If I had an account that was banned could I use this to transfer my trophies to my new account using this? or does it simply unlock the save so trophies can be unlocked?

Nice. Been using his last one and experimenting with it. Good timing.

One thing I'd like to know, any way to find out the klic and then create a rap file from it so I can use it with PSNope?

Been fiddling around but can't seem to find how to.

Thats impossible. Its a 128bit key. Only Bruteforcing is an option, and this will take to the end of universe.

      Damn.

At last now I know why I can't seem to find/do it.

      Thanks for your response

Does it mean i've to run ANY game that perform a "sync trophies" or i can only resign trophies of the games those perform that check???

That's right, except for the following scenarios:

1- You may be *extremely lucky* and the random keys could match with the klic before the apocalypse (coincidence + luck).
2- The game is using the same klicensee of another game with a known klic. (poor klic selection)
3- The klic is so simple that it can be guessed. (poor klic selection / weak klic)
4- You're bruteforcing a game with a klic that is already known.
5- The algorithm to obtain the klic is known. (when it's stored in some other place)

The secure_file_id and developer's klicensee are also a 128bit key and I was able to guess them in minutes/seconds for some games (scenarios 2, 3, 4, 5)

As far as I know, the key for rif creation is unique for each game/program.
So there are 16^32 combinations. Even when involving gpu for testing, I dont see how someone could be so lucky.
Ill stick to playing lotto. Chance to win there is much higher.

^^I need examples to test them before I can answer.

The "not responding" usually is normal when it is processing a big file that takes a long time to the pfdtool to return an answer. BSD launches the pfdtool to resign a file and keeps waiting until a result is returned. If it takes more than few seconds Windows displays a "not responding" in the title, but it is actually still waiting for pfdtool.

The "not responding" is also frequent when you are bruteforcing a save > 100KB.
