Developer Qwikrazor has finally delivered the much anticipated release of his ePSP exploit.  This exploit will require you to have the game Pool Hall Pro/World of Pool, alongside with a hacked Vita or a PSP. More information + download link below:

The awaited release is finally here: Qwikrazor’s ePSP exploit for the PS Vita 3.36 and 3.50 can now be downloaded.

This release is a full release of eVFW ARK for the PS Vita 3.36 and 3.50. As a reminder, the requirements to run the exploit are as follow.

To run the exploit, you need:

    a PS Vita running 3.36 or 3.50
the game “Pool Hall Pro” (a.k.a. “World Of Pool” in EU stores) installed on your Vita
A hacked Vita, or a PSP running a CFW (except the PSP E1000)
You read correctly, and we’ve stated it a few times already: this hack requires a second device to run. If your vita is on firmware 3.36, you should be able to create a bubble, and then you will not need the second device again. On firmware 3.50, you will need the second device every time you want to run the exploit.

The exploit uses the adhoc multiplayer mode of the game. The hacked device is used to inject the exploit into the target device. Although not super practical, this is very cool.

    Install and Run

How to Install and run the exploit is explained in the readme of the exploit, on the download page (link below). As a reminder, here’s a video from the Z showing how to run the exploit once it’s installed on the 2 devices.

    Born2beFree with a new release ;)

    Current version : 2.60 (Rev 4)

    Hello everyone,

CCAPI is a software that establishes a connection between your ps3 and your computer. You can control your ps3 from your pc. Some CCAPI functions:
Debug non-fself & fself in real time
Real time memory edit on CEX/DEX
    Wire(less) connection
    Module loading
    Modify idps and psid
    Edit console Leds
    Ring console buzzer
    Get ps3 temperature

    Compatible firmwares:

CFW 4.21,4.30,4.40,4.41,4.46,4.50,4.53,4.55,4.60,4.65,4.70 CEX or DEX + 4.66 CEX
    Cobra/Non-Cobra

    Build your CCAPI software

If you want to make your own program in C#, you must use iMCSx’s PS3Lib, you can read his tutorial here:

    http://www.nextgenupdate.com/forums/…4-dex-cex.html

    VSH module loading:

    - create a directory in your /dev_usb000/ called plugins
and put all your sprx plugins into, it should be
    /dev_usb000/plugins/prx_name1.sprx
    /dev_usb000/plugins/prx_name2.sprx
    ….
All of the sprx that are present in this folder, will be loaded at ps3 boot.
Important: If some games refuse to work, just don’t use plugins (delete plugins folder from /dev_usb000)

    How to install CCAPI?

Just download and run the ccapi pkg on your ps3.
It will tell you to reboot, and it’s done. You only need to do this once.

    How to uninstall CCAPI?

    Just run again the pkg.

    Console Manager:

Add consoles (name/ip) usable in all ccapi tools

Developers ‘ErMaK86′ & ‘Echo6vi’ have released XMB Lock.  It essentially lets you lock down your CFW.  Thanks to these developers, you can lock your XMB system settings, network settings, and ‘system update’ functionality. Good thing is that you can prevent a firmware update with this, alongside with locking down your ‘System Settings’ so that they cannot be changed by anyone except you. Currently this only works for users on 4.70. Nevertheless, it’s worth taking a closer look at. More info and download link below:

This tool for CFW 4.70 will protect your console’s settings locking the System settings, Network settings and System update. The tool also allows to install a System Reboot option on XMB for any CFW 4.70 Cobra.

    Release Notes

install XMB LOCK -> make your settings changes with yours choice,
install (XMBLOCK+REBOOT.pkg) go to settings lock and press activate,
    now your settings is protected.

if you want to make changes or update just select deactivate lock option and all settings have be unlocked

install reboot option ->just install from pkg this option.
