Hello,for the gta iv trophies problem I think ive found the solution, for the usa version i installed the backup as usual then used a patch from here
http://www.psxstore.com/en/42.18/gam...es/ps3/patches, but im currently running gtaiv eur because unlike usa it can run discless, i installed a eur patch from here, im yet to find out if trophies are enabled. but im pretty sure they will be because the eur patch is version 1.03 which should work
