In my case nothing works except Oblivion and when installing this v9 patch nothing works. Fortunately the fix permissions helps out to make Oblivion load again but still the only one loading.

dang this totally solve my problem. I have kmeaw 3.55 multiman 1.6.
When I run it I chose select+X "tell it to run from HDD" on me it seem like its going to run the game then it goes back to XMB although if you go to the (*/app_home/PS3_GAME/) folder, above the (* Install Package Files folder). see if that works. |

Remember to replace the customised EBOOT.bin(for 3.41) with the original EBOOT.bin .
This can be a remedy for black screens |

You first need to run lv2.pkg(from kmeaw package) THEN run the fix, you should be ok now....
