i´ve installed e3 flasher and when turn on my ps3, the blue leds 1 and 3 blink alterned with the blue led 6 and 8. what am i doing wrong??? thnaks

well the - E3 Card Reader - I would need a Kit wouldn't I because I have a Phat PS3 so with that Device don't I need to open the PS3 up and do some type of soldering.

Any Help will be very much Appreciated.
