Downgrade PS3 via PIC18F
Downgrading is now possible via PIC18F chips, including: ZBN SPI USB v1, v1.1, v2, PS3liberator, or NBZGroovePIC v1.0

Well finally....but can som1 post a little noob friendly tut...it gets quite confusing with all the lv2diag stuff, I honestly got lost a bit there.

If anyone is using the Maximus v1.2, you need to get the PICDEM version from here: http://www.playstationclub.nl/hextest/index.php
The guide works. It is noob-friendly, but it is not English-language friendly. Downgraded my Slim successfully with this. |

hello will this work on ofw 3.56 i just got a ps3 and it came with 3.56 gay and also will the ps3 always be in service mode

No it will not work and if you try then it probley will stay in that mode and you won't get out
