ManuNg from Gueux has released an update to his software, that manages the list of PS3 games locally and on a PS3, here is what it does:
- The search for a list of games on different local directories on USB drives or a PS3 Ftp - It can change the OS version or the PS3 minimum 'PSP remote play' the game - It creates a pkg to create a shortcut on the XMB of the PS3. - It includes a module to browse FTP directories on the console and transfer files. - It displays the games in a list, icons or images. - It includes compatibility information jailbreak Ps. - You can specify multiple directories containing games - Ability to browse the tree on the PS3 with a mini browser to add the directories games. - It retrieves the image, the id, name, file date, the minimum OS version, the version of the game, the size and the PSP remote play. - You can copy the games from the list - You can print the list or save it to a text file. - You can aiso view images of the game - It may be in English language.

Here is what is new in this release:
- Added FTP module to navigate directories on the console and transfer files. - Added SND0.AT3 file if it exists, in the shortcut to add video and music. - Possibility to update the list of local games or only those on PS3 alone. - Ability to automatically transfer the shortcut on the PS3. - Change site for retrieval covers. - Ability to rename the game directory with the name or ID of the game

PS3Win has just recently been updated to 0.9.8, here is what is new in that release:
- Replace spaces with "_" when renaming files games. - Jackets can be formatted. "jpg". - The covers are automatically resized on the interface (but the files are not changed). - If Ps3Win not find the jacket on the official website, he will find on Google. - Ability to comment on each game. - Ability to copy a line (to paste it into Notepad for example). - Ability to mass rename folders of games. - Ability to add cover art in the files of the games. - Fixed the name of the shortcut which called XMB PS3Win APP_VERS if file does not exist in the SFO. - Added option to update (PS3, Local or all) on the "Create" button. - Fixed bug when updating the list of compatible games from the internet.

OT: Nice and useful program for people who have their games on different partitions or in different directories. My harddisks are large enough to hold all games I have in the same directory so I don't really use it but still great work :cool:

great update to the old one still testing it but i have found a a bug i think as it will not pick up monsterjam or Hasbro Family Game Night 3 any one else found this ? (and yes i have made sure the filing system is correct )

To do this, you need the file "make_package_npdrm.exe" which is not
provided with ps3win.
