I doubt very much LG will just give in it will just create more anger towards the sony mafia and its prostitute judges ........ you dont take someone for something to court if you dont have evidence .......... so to the sony corp employees who post childish remarks i say this .....you my friend are just a pawn and the day i go onto a forum with stupid remarks in defence of my employer will be the day hell freezes over ....... you will be sacked or made redundant one day and replaced just like a tool in a workshop ......because you are a tool !!

sony's got deep pockets. they can sue hackers, grease elbows, steal patented tech....and if all else fails they just give helmet.
one hung low.....looking come come, yum yum hackers unite. let's build the ultimate game console and slap a MADE IN THE USA stamp on that b*thc. that'll mess all these bast*rds up. sony would really be lost in the sauce!! |

To add, Sony had one thing going for them this whole generation; open source development. They failed to push units at launch. They failed to deliver games for the first couple of years after launch. They failed at everything related to online play until enough people balked. I can't even find anything nice enough to say about Playstation Home. Now they fail at manning up and settling out of court for their blatant patent infringement. Granted the evidence against them hasn't been made public as of yet but I don't think that we've all forgotten the "Immersion v. Sony" case. If history is any indication, LG will be getting their money. |
can someone stop this f**king company finally
|
...
Finally the courts have come to their senses. I admit what Sony is doing to this scene is wrong, but two wrongs don't make a right. I mean I get it they stole your blu-ray idea... So what get over it. To stop distribution altogether is just plain dumb, garnish profits and let them continue selling their products. The more of the alleged products sold the greater amount of compensation they can get, but I suppose LG isn't concerned with money.
