Nikquake, it's actually very easy.

Type in

Take your youtube link like so: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lseRUfGN1Ts&feature=feedu

and then insert the characters AFTER the = sign and BEFORE the & and put them between [youtube] and [youtube1] like so: [youtube]blahblahblah[/youtube]

It has to have the 1 in there though to work. Sorry if this is long and confusing.
