I hope by fixed he means:

-Letting all characters be compatible(i have characters that either can't be detected in mugen or just freeze the game on the versus screen)

Also, i'm a bit curious on the network play...

Thats a known issue with some characters, some you can hack up to make work by debugging them on the pc and fixing them up some characters even have grammatical errors that can easily be fixed is, still atm its still slow with some characters as well till the next major release.
