Flash FXP Connection Closed by Server!

Hello all,

I have a slim PS3 160gb running 3.55 kmeaw with multiman and blackbox v1.2. I used FlashFXP to transfer my game backups from my laptop to my PS3. Everything was working great until I updated FlashFXP and now whenever I initiate a transfer it works for a few minutes but then it errors out and says connection failed connection closed by server and it stops there. I'm not sure what the problem is, I have searched this issue for hours and obviously have found no solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

BTW I have tried using Filezilla, Winscp, and Internet Explorer and all have given the same result which leads me to believe my laptop or PS3 is the issue.

try to reboot your ps3 and your computer then try again.

also using openps3ftp you have to use the username : root

The following FlashFXP settings will work with either BlackBox 1.2 or the FTP server built into MultiMAN:

So I deleted blackbox and installed openps3ftp and I switched from flashfxp to filezilla. Working great now, don't know what the issue is with flashfxp.

Thanks for the link MilkMan, I will give these a shot, but for now Filezilla is the way to go, and it's free.

Thanks for the help!
