I need your advice, and help
 

Well, my old phone is nearly on its last breath and its time for me to get a new one. I have come across the Samsung GTC6712 Star II Duos which is in my budget range and has great features, now what I need you to tell me is that does it have an Android OS, and can it get games on besides the ones loaded on the phone, I have looked over the internet for the OS it uses but to no success on finding it, so if anyone has the phone or does know what OS it has please do let me know thanks. I'm looking into getting an android phone. Thanks for the replies and help, hope to get great responses from you guys :)

According to this site it has touchwiz (samsung's android skin) so that means it runs androids. According to the web it can access the marketplace so you should be able to download and install apps. Although the screen res it fairly low so might run into issues there. What exactly is your budget? If you don't care about specs then the phone would get the job done, but if you want something a bit more fancy might I could suggest some phones.

Im not too bothered about the specs and thanks @Tcraw77813 , and my budget is around 500 AED to 700 AED :)
