Do you think A.I.(artificial intelligence) is dangerous.

well some ai can get a little crazy like someones bot i know. :P

Depends on how smart it is programmed to be, im sure the military has a few deadly A.I things in the making

Even a brainwashed grunt has a certain tiny bit of reason...a true AI would as well, but what they call AI in the military is just a very complex computer code designed to kill...these devices are already deadly to innocent people while they are working as intended...a programming error, small hardware failure, computer virus, or hacker could (and eventually will) cause these machines to turn on everyone...assuming the government doesn't intentionally program them to do that anyway.

AHHHHH SKY NETTT AHHH!!..but with whole its only as smart as its programmed to is true, but its only as smart as its maker. :) it also depends on its surroundings if its programmed to adapt or destroy O_o

AI can certainly become dangerous. I mean AI research has been funded by the department of defense since the 1960s....who knows what THEY have behind the curtain. I think it is definitely something that should continue to be funded and investigated though. Look at everything it has brought us thus far.

You obviously haven't done any programming...a missing comma or using an "o" instead of an "O" can make things work in completely different ways than they were intended. Sure, it might not be as smart as the person who designed it...but how smart does a robot have to be to kill?

yes A.I. can be dangerous. especially ones like Cortana they might annoy you to death lol XD
