How do I find my post and thread history?

How do I view my post and thread history, I want to be able to see if anyone has replied to my posts/threads and if Ive asked something before. Cheers and thanks in advance.

click on your name on any post and select "find more posts by bigpun4eva"

alternatively you can go through your control panel "usercp"
