I don't think the decryption part is the problem... I am no dev, but isn't the problem re-encrypting it and making it work? Or something along those lines?

the problem is not re-encrypting as we can use 3.55 keys the problem is decrypting it , this file thats been giving is not a decrypted . its just some part of the ps3 pup extracted etc . no real use same as the others out there for fw 3.56+
