Why not use a brute force program to discover the keys 3.73?

I know it will be time consuming and can take months, but I Deich on my computer if it were to discover the keys. Does anyone have some method that I can use a brute force program to discover the keys 3.73?

How about we use brute force to discover your brain. -.-

Because it would take billions of years even with a cluster of super computers.

Hmm actually not really, the one option is that, but there is the option of using all possible calculations which would result into some nasty number of terrabytes of of all possible combinations which is also impractical...
I think though you could create an algorhythm that checks all the near possibles to what Sony uses, which is not that much better, but just sayin...

The guy's not talking about finding the private key from the public key, he's talking about finding the public key from brute-forcing the decryption of a file. Which would probably still be impossible there are trillions of trillons of possibilities.

Even if you just figure the cost of electricity, it would be cheaper to hire a bunch of mercenaries to steal it from Sony HQ at gunpoint.

So, who wants to start the paypal donations box?

That's a very good point.

Billions of years?
It's not so bad. :)

I think we would be better off trying to figure out Mathīs exploit. I think he hinted that you really donīt need the keys to decrypt stuff.
My theory is that trueblue is using this exploit to decrypt the eboots.
