Ban Appeal
 

First off.. I have complained about this numerous times..
So can we change something...

Because i know i will be told that you created another account that is against rules..(just made STLcardsWS3 but someone banned that before i could post this)


This says you can Appeal your ban/infractions, but you CANNOT.. have brought this to your attention a few times.. I would say fix it where we can access or remove/edit that post above...

Why you feel the ban/infraction was unjust (why should we unban you)?

I didn't get banned, just two infractions, so the points led to a ban.. i guess?

The first infraction i feel was unjust, because it was due to a PM between me and the MOD.. rather then discussing it further in a Forum i decided that contacting him directly may be the best route (boy was i wrong)..

All he had to is block it or ignore me with the ignore button (If members dont like a fellow members PM that what we have to do) We as member cant request infractions / Bans from PM, pirate would just say use the ignore button.. Should go both ways... So i feel that i shouldnt of even got that infraction as it didnt warrant one, even if he didnt like the Private Message.

Now today's infraction was iffy.. If i got one i believe that OoZic should of got one as well (not saying that i want him to get one) it just that we did about the same thing.. I just mentioned GR should follow the rules like everyone else, instead of saying you can Say anything you want...

So how both are infractions and i feel minor considering the first one shouldnt of even got one.. With that said to get a ban over it, its laughable seriously.

I remenber When the forum mods here had issue with Psx-Scene and people were banned for an opinion over there, it feels the same way here on certain things... Lets have some common respect that all i am after.


We cant have rules in a forum and they aren't followed by everyone.. Otherwise they are not rules, its more of a Censorship in a sense..

Do what you want i wasnt going to be here this weekend anyway but all this ban/infraction stuff needs to stop.. What good is it doing?

You have serious f*king mental problems.

1.) I asked to stop harrasing me via pm, you didn't, so I infracted, an infraction you deserved.
2.) Tonight you start crap in a thread attacking me, so you receive another justified infraction.
3.) If you don't want infracted or banned, then stop acting like an antagonising prick.

Again can we have constructive convo, with no insults..

1.) Its a PM.. and it was a reply yes but it wasnt offensive or anything like that..
A member would do what? Ignore it, if was bad), you may not believe it but i didnt even read that last part my Browser was overlapping the layout a bit and i missed that the first time)

2.) That wasnt attacking you, if you feel that was an attack then you have put many my way.. if you want to give me an infraction for that fine for that issue but both come on..

3.) That just it GR i could say the same as you there.. but if i do that is an insult.. and you would infraction me for it..So that my disguse we cant say things like that..
If i come close, its an attack.. yet you can attack me in anyway you feel..

That is the only issue i have with you..

If i addressed that to you, How would you receive that?

1.) it doesn't matter, if I ask you to stop pm'ing me, then that's what you should do, don't talk crap about me ignoring it, because that's just retarded, you don't send an agrivating pm to someone to ignore.

2.) I had nothing to do with the thread, yet you felt the need to attack.

3.) I don't want to deal with you anymore, you are one of the most nefarious members I have had the displeasure of dealing with, now stop annoying me or I will make the ban permanent.

1. Again its a PM, i have been told by pirate before, if i have a problem report it or contact that person by PM, keep it out of the forum.. Its not retarded.. because that what we ALL have to do.. Why should you have special abilities when you disagree with people? What Rule was broken? or was it just a personal move?

2.) well i did bring your name in it.(no insults). I will give you that.. and will even say ok i may of deserved that one to a degree.. but its was related to a post that another member made..

3.) Yea you rather just ban/infraction me over the childish things..
Come on you ban people for sending a PM.. not because the PM was offensive but because they choose to PM you after you threaten to BAN them for it...
Again i am ban appeal and i am threaten for a THIRD time with a perma ban..

you guys really need to sit down and look over rules, and this ban appeal process..

So why would i get a perma-Ban this time.. I have yet to get an answers on the first two.. Well one was because i supported a few comments of lethal_NFS that you didnt like when it is matter of opinion

you can be infracted for things you say in a pm. just because its a pm does not mean the rules of the forum do not apply.

He cant break a rule insult someone, then ban them when they fire back. He does that to many members..

i think you do have an agenda as every week you are in here for being banned, *****ing about greg. when asked to stop contacting a person and you continue its called harassment which you can and will be infracted for, also trolling will get you infracted too.

i know greg is not perfect but im getting really fed up with people attacking him. what do you think will happen when you fan the flames you get burned, if you dont understand that let me try another example, keep poking the mean dog and you will get bit.

Well the way I see it the ban sticks it was a 3 day ban. Also this name is against the rules since we believe your ban is justified. Even if you dont agree with the reason you are acting childish. This account will be banned and you can log back in with your original account after the ban period has expired. I for one am sick of people going after Greg. If people feel as though than can do a better job at moderating this forum than GregoryRasputin than by all means apply for moderator the next time openings are available.
