PPl's Problems With TB
 

Right had engh, not in an angry way, just dont seem the point in all this bad behaviour towards this device any more. Can you personally change the rules n way things go?...No!. Flamers give up, its here, it works.

Ok its not the way we wanted things to go since what happened with cfw. But this is it for now, personally im playing great games like Rage and Dark Souls tht have been signed with latest keys on 3.55. I knw some off the best guys on this forum totally disagree with it. But alone what the **** u gonna do about it. Dont mean tht nastily, but life = money. PPl live, hurt, climb on others to get it. Its going on everywhere, not just in this industry, in the entire world!!

I can understand and actually I agree It all shld b free if it stems past the games makers. Its coming, one day we will wake up, and some clever cont will have made it freely available and u can all laugh at us burger king trueblue ppl :)

Just give up on the put downs anti's its a waste off time. Personally im chuffed cause im playin Rage and in my age and interest games like tht dont come along often, i hate rpg's and have been waiting for bethesda to make a game ure not weighted down every pickup. Does me ****in tree in tht. IT does exactrly as it says on the tin...jeez i even forgot the ps3 takes discs these days...speaks volumes on how lucky we r !! :)

I just don't see when you think its right to pay for piracy... piracy is already bad enough, paying for it is... dumb to say the least...

yeah it works, apart those that do not work anymore after a month of being bought...
give up, dude you could have this solution outside 5 months ago for free!! FREE! yet you think its alright like this...

its not about wanting or not, its about the possibility, this was not needed... just because someone wanted to make money, they decided to do it...

apart from educating people, and open their eyes not much... i don't even care much what you do with your money... i can still play the latest games and thats enough for me :)

This is not an industry...

most certainly it will be coming, the thing is, if you (as in people in general) know its coming why do you insist in paying for stuff that only kills the scene...

IF you feel TB is bad for Piracy, wouldnt it MAke more sense to think that CFW & backup Managers had more of a hand in piracy... Since yea, it was free and pirates love free things...

Sadly more people are against TB not because they are making money... But the fact they are charging for something they want to do pirate for free.. NOT all TB haters think like this but many are jumping on the TB is crap wagon.. because they cant pirate anything until they pay.. Yet you guys are supporting those very people on your side... They want a free source as well.. but they want it free for many different reasons..

As not all TB owners or supporter like it for piracy.. They LIKE IT BECAUSE THEY HAVE HOMEBREW and CAN PLAY THE LATEST GAMES FOR A SMALL PRICE... (GAMES THEY OWN AND BOUGHT)

No, there are many people who have and use them for practical things and see it as a tool to do a job.. Not as a tool that will steal from others...

I don't mind the BASHING of the device.. But bashing of people and calling them PIRATES/ among many other things is very immature

See this is what i don't like Blame to the people, When honestly the Devs that are holding on to exploits (no need for names) are the ones killing the scene, more so then anyone buying this device.. If you have an exploit and you refuse for it to get out..
Your are protecting the device to make money..

So please direct your Blame in the right directions.. (no one will do that because they are affraid of insulting a Dev.. and scaring them off, which is a bit understandable) but i see no need to go after people who bought TB or the clone.. or who see the value in it like i Do..(i havent bought one but i respect the people who have and understand)
I dont understand why a Dev would hold on to an exploit when people are making load of money. and your release would kill all that. .. Unless maybe they are behind the device in some way..; but no one knows that & it will just be speculation..

The main problem with TB isn't that they're selling the way to play newer games on 3.55, but that they're selling the games THEMSELVES (sure they released a lot of eboot fixes for free on the net, but the most popular games can be only be played with TB if you purchase their bootleg copy of the game, meaning they're basically stealing the games and selling them).

What's stupid is that they're most likely losing a lot of customers by doing that. If their dongle allowed to play 3.60+ games without any need for a patch, or at least if they released all their fixes for free, I for one would probably buy it, and I'm fairly certain I'm not the only one thinking the same way.

Another thing is if/when this thing gets reverse engineered or cloned (and it's already been cloned) the TB team will most likely stop releasing eboots and disappear, since they won't be making a profit anymore. They will either disappear and stop releasing eboots, or make a JB3 to play 4.00+ games.

Yup i don't like rage much, but hey thats your opinion if you like it play the hell out of it :))

Your problem is not knowing what piracy is... first to play a game using true blue you need a pirated version of it... you think by owning a game, you have the right to download it?? Nope you do not, you are downloading a copy of another game, not yours, you can backup your game and play it (it shouldn't be considered piracy) but you can't download other peoples game it was another physical copy you don't own it...
please educate yourself on the matter before saying anything

yeah sure, but that doesn't invalidate the fact that this game only allows to play pirated games, while a cfw allows homebrew/games (owned)/linux etc...

what you fail to understand is that 80% of the people against it are against piracy... not pirates that want it for free...

the intent of this device was piracy, the fact that other people use it to play their legit games (which i have explained before what they are) is something to praise, cause most people didn't bought it with that intent.

not bashing people bashing the device, also yes calling them pirates, they are using it for piracy what do you want me to call them??
you are protecting the devs that hold the exploits as you call them to sell it for money...

I am tru blue users are killing the scene by buying a dongle that should be free to everyone, and by doing so, are making all future solutions payed...

i am not going after anyone... i am stating a simple fact that people don't seem to understand, this kills the scene, you guys are failing to see it.

OH MY GOD!: Banghead: not another tb thread about ppl arguing wether tb is bad/good. @wookieboy76 if you´re soooo tired about ple bashing tb then DON´T make another fk*** thread about this dongle. there are literally like hundreds of threads bashing and praising this device which is getting out of hand. i´m tired of ppl arguin wether tb is good/bad for the scene and people should just stop bringing this argument back to life again and again. how long are we going to keep doing this its been months of bashing and flamming and praising FGS move on.

the answer is simple on this whole tb thing: if you want to buy it then be happy in the short term if you don´t want to buy it then don´t and move on. and all those that want someone´s opinion on tb just use the search function on this site and believe me you will be innundaded with info about this dongle. if choose to buy it or not to buy it then good for you. i think its about time ppl stopped talking about this crap and go to somenthing else cuz this is simply tiring.

Not trying to be rude, but this doesn't really make sense. Most non-pirates around here either invested their money in an E3 Flasher, progskeet or another PS3. That way they're able to play the latest games (legally), while still enjoying the benefits of homebrew. So basically, if a person is not a pirate, and they're still considering buying one of these dongles, they haven't really thought things through.
