REASON 1

1.) You can buy progskeet for around the same price.
2.) With True Blue you can only play pirate games
3.) With progskeet, you can update, download some PSN games/demos/play online, then downgrade to CFW when you need to.
4.) People who buy True Blue seem to suffer from "Dumb F*ck" syndrome, it is an adverse affect to being screwed in the ass by the
TB developers.
5.) If you keep buying these dongles, when sales of True Blue 2 stop or when it gets reverse engineered, these greedy bastards will
come up with a new dongle that you need to buy(thats what the dumb True Blue idiot fanboys seem to have a hard time understanding).

REASON 2

The reason i dislike it are:
[*]These methods are stolen from Sony, they have no right to sell them.
[*]There methods of DRM are worse than what Sony did to protect their console in the first place.
[*]Once this dongle is fully reversed, they will bring out another device that does something that the new CFW cannot do.
[*]These methods should ALWAYS be free.
[*]People that keep buying these type of devices, basically say that its ok for them to rip people off, so they will keep doing it.

REASON 3

My opinion about it is that it is the biggest scam to hit the PS3 scene, since Sony removed the OtherOS feature.
The TB devs are using code and features that should be free and open to the scene.
People moaned when OtherOS was removed, Moaned when BC compatibility was removed, what these TB devs are doing is far more
criminal than any move Sony has committed against us.
If people want to buy it they will, my post is a mere message in attempt to educate those against being silly and buying such a
stinking device.

Another reason @GregoryRasputin did not mention (which is by far the worst) is that while a lot of TB eboot fixes are available on the net for free, they only release the less popular games there, while SELLING the most popular fixes (to get the fixes for FIFA 12, PES 2012 and a few others you have to order some bootleg copies of the games that include the fix from a Chinese website).

So let's say you pirate games and you don't care about those guys selling the games they stole from other people (IMO piracy is one thing, but what they do is on a whole other level) : would you rather buy those bootleg copies even though they're cheaper or buy the originals and enjoy the full features of the games (online etc) even though you have to update?

I admit I've been considering buying the dongle back when I wanted to enjoy the newer games without having to buy another PS3, but I was waiting to see if they released the disc fixes for free, but instead they started releasing more discs. So yeah, don't buy their crap. As @GregoryRasputin mentioned before, it's better to buy a Progskeet or E3 flasher for dual-boot (not sure if ProgSkeet supports dual-boot yet though).
