Ok Leute! es ist echt zum kotzen in der ps3 szene! und da ich nicht mal gut english kann ist es noch schlimer! nimand hört jemandem zu jeder macht jeder runter!

Ich hab ein weg gefunden wie man ein 4.00 OFW patcht mit dem PS3MFW Builder 0.2 Portable Win32

In dem ich nur den hacken bei Add new icons to the XMB Game category gemacht habe. Nichts anderes PATCHEN! weil das sind nur XML dateien die gepatch werden um diese rubrick im XMB bei Game Category anzuzeigen!

Ich bin mir auch zimmlich sicher das man retails pkg installieren kann aber da zu bin ich noch nicht gekommen! Ich teste das heute abend.

UND WICHTIG MAN SOLTE DAS NUR TESTEN WEN MAN EIN E3FLASHER HAT UM WIDER AUF DIE FW 3.55 Downgraden zu können! Weil wen man das nicht hat steckt man bei 4.00 fest und hat eine ungehackte Original FW mit disen 2 einträgen!

Wen das jemand auf englisch übersetzen könnte wäre sehr hilfreich!

I've found a way how to patch a 4:00 OFW with the Win32 Portable PS3MFW Builder 0.2

I've only done the hack to add new icons to the XMB Game category. Nothing else is PATCHED! because these are just XML files that are patched to display these Rubrick(??) in the XMB Game Category!

I am also pretty sure that you can install retail pkg but I have still not tried this! I will test this tonight.

IMPORTANT YOU SHOULD ONLY TRY THIS IF YOU HAVE AN E3FLASHER AND 3:55 FW Downgrade! Because without you would be stuck in 4.00 and have an original FW!

i did.

used mfw builder to make 4.0 with apphome/install icons

dont test it without a flasher

not tried yet with retail pkg

Ah OK, adding those options to install retail PKG....hmmm tell us if it works :).
