trading psp for ipod touch
 

I have a 3.40 oe-a fully working psp with the following accessories:

2gig mem stick
1gig mem stick
charging dock
special grip
cool skin on the back
included charger



I am looking for a 8gig iPod Touch with all the things included that comes in the box.
