What do you guys overall prefer ? ps3/xbox
 

Ive had both, and their actually pretty hard to compare.Ps3 is cheap, easily hackable, and offers free multiplayer. Xbox costs multiplayer, has great online though, and is hard as **** too hack(for a noob at least)

They both offer the same variety of games, except for the odd amount(Uncharted, Mass effect, God Of war etc.)

What u guys prefer?

Right now, until I repurchase and hack my ps3, im going to have to go with xbox. something about the feel of it is great,

PC all the way it beats both :D

but out of the two i prefer ps3
better controller
better games (even tho most of the games are multi platform now)
and other os(although sony tried to take it away)
and talking hardware the ps3 wins out of the two but they havent pushed them far enough in my opinion

so to sum it up in theory the ps3 is better... in theory

games on xbox 360 have medium to high detail , and on ps3 games have medium to low detail, i have compared the red dead redemption , fallout 3 , fallout new vegas , oblivion skyrim , all these games look amazing on xbox 360 while ps3 versions looked a lot watered down , some games like gta 4 , call of duty battlefield 3 , these all look same on both platforms ,

You can count Microsoft's major exclusives on one hand. Halo, Fable and Forza? I think Gears is done.

Sony has better games and overall a better system...

True, these games are better on 360. But FF13/13-2, Castlevania LOS and a few others looks better on ps3

FF13-2 have no AA on 360 version. (I used xbox sdk to take the screenshot from the game)

My opinion is PS3 is the best gaming consoler because I really like the graphical interface of PS3.

FFXIII-2 have 2xAA same as ps3, not only it's easy to notice, just read the DF analysis.

Well, I have both versions and they not look the same. The AA on ps3 is better and I think the framerate is better too. Just like FF13, the ps3 version looks better and is (very) easy to notice for me :)

Edit. But you are right, i have said "no AA", my fault. The AA is just worst on 360.
