Don't know what I'm doing wrong, but no game launches :/
 

Hi, I jailbroke my ps3 couple of months back, "heavenly sword + cod2 didn't work, just a black screen. Had to hit the PS button, go back to main page. I shove the thing in my closet. Today I decided to try again, but same issues.

Here's what I have in my ps3: multiman 2.06, running 3.55,kmeaw 3.55, slim ps3 250GB HDD. I moved the games to the internal hdd, fired multiman, hit the heavenly sword icon, clicked on load, it took me back to the previous screen. I went to * /app_home/PS3_GAME/, it starts to load the game, but nothing happens. Just a black screen! What am I doing wrong?

I was using ps3key for months with no issues, just when I downloaded multiman, followed the tutorial, this started hapenning!
Must be something wrong I'm doing, that I'm not sure about? Thanks!

may be those are game not-working without any BR disc in drive?
Or u downloaded just original not-fixed backups

Ah, I forgot about using br disk, I thought it's not required anymore; I'll try with a br disk now.

This's the game that I have (Heavenly_Sword_USA_PS3-Jailbreak-SEGATASANSHIRO)

Heavenly Sword works discless. Maybe fixing the game permissions or updating MM...

I inserted a BR disk in there, no joy. I tried fixing the premision, same issue. For heavenly sword, I only get a black screen. For cod2, I get "ann error occured...(80010009)".

I guess I'll try updating MM then.



EDIT: I updated MM, enabled wireless, checked for MM updates, d/led & installed. Restarted the system, same issues!

I'll try another game that worked before (GTA4) and see.

Tried the game here (copied from BD) , and it works - but only on external drive.

The only thing i can think of is trying Fix Permissions or finding and running BDEMU2 for multiman, i can't remember what version of multiman actually started requiring BDEMU though.

Either way, can't hurt to try.

I updated multiman to latest version through multiman's auto update. I applied BDEMU2 (BDEMU-355.pkg), copied GTA4 (the same game used to work fine under ps3key) to internal drive using smartFTP to /dev_hdd0/GAMEZ/Grand.Theft.Auto.4.PS3
I launched multiman, chose GTA4, returned to main page, tried launching the game, but all I see is a black screen, it flickers a little, then nothing just black screen. This time EVEN the PS button doesn't do a thing, I have to shut down the ps3 and reboot it!!

I tried fixing the permissions, but the same!

I've had it with this machine, I'll redo the steps and start by flashing KMEAW again and see. I either brick it or it works.

simple fix try a diff cfw
get rebug 3.55.2 or the new rogero v3

uh. you installed bdemu2 pkg right? lol. is there an eboot fix or patch for that game? get a new bdemu. do you have the paylode in multiman?
