hi everyone
latest weeks i heard lot of people talking about TB and how it can paly 4.11
games ,so is sony are dumb that they dont care about TB ??
of course not,they can only encrypt their eboots with new key and release new fw with new keys and see wat happen,
so i want to clarify and minimise the theorys of how TB works!!
after all i can say that there is two ways one of them used by TB team and nothing else!!
before i want to say that its impossible to patch any game if her eboot is not DECRYPTED( then they encrypt it to run on TB CFW)and for DUPLEX fixes it was done because of sony fails to secure them

1-they can dump keys from lv0 (not all keys of course because not all games are patched)
2-they use xbox360files to make their own eboots :hmpf:

They use their greed to make money over you go buy the original **** tb **** the basics of tb

They can dump decrypted eboots from ram.
They can use debug eboots.

One thing that is sure is that they do add drm.
If they didn't, and the dongle did the magic like Some like to believe, the eboots would be the same as retail but they are not.

TB does not need to be hacked. The method to obtain the eboots is what matters. Crack the dongle and they change keys just like Sony do with updates.

u do know that if we know how tb works we can maybe make a cfw out of it.

$ony doesn't care that much about TB/piracy (just like M$ and Nintendo). As long as TB doesn't give access to PSN/SEN they can do whatever they want....
PSN/SEN is the holy grail for $ony :)
