dlc activation help?

I am starting over on my 3.55 full format and I notice now that when I data transfer there is no longer a act. All my dlcs are bought and paid for on one account and I have all the rif's, I did save the act. before I formatted. What is going to be the best way to reactivate them?

Thanks But ZOMBIEKILLAH is helping me with this, Let me say that guy is cool I have asked him for help a couple of times for help and he answers every question. This thread can be closed
