Need help downgrading cecha01
 

I have ps3 80gb backward compatible which is cecha01, I want to know what are the proper tools needed to downgrade because I keep finding tutorials for nor ps3 but mine is nand. and i want to know if there are solderless tool for downgrading from 3.70 and above.

You can use progskeet or E3 flasher. In order to downgrade, you have progskeet solderless edition with the clip of 360.

e3 flasher is for nor ps3, mine is nand

if soldered E3 flasher will also work

Edit: CECHA01 is a 60GB model they never came with an 80GB HDD (CECHE01 is the 80GB nand model)

@heywhosjake is right, CECHA01 is 60gb not 80gb, CECHE is 80gb.
@jesusomende first check your model again, you can still use both E3 Flasher or Progskeet.

not sure if it's old but PS3DevWiki is still reporting that E3 doesn't work with Nand, maybe they know something we don't (or it just because it's not solder-less) http://ps3devwiki.com/wiki/Hardware_flashing#E3

If it's CECHE he can go for progskeet and solder, even in solderless he has to do tristate. But again, until the OP won't post his model right we don't know.

Please help. I have a ps3 on 4.21. I cant decide on which flasher to get e3 or progskeet and which model. My ps3 is ceche01. Which flasher is easier and better for future use?
