Is there anything in the video that could make you think this is modded? He gets a notification "there's an update available, do you want to install it" - How has that possibley got anything remotely to do with CFW? Are Sony giving out CFW 3.72 from their own servers now? Obviously not!

Even just a slight bit of cop on wouldn't go a miss.. There's even less effort going into faking them these days!
