E3 Flasher & NAND confusion
 

Hi I'm just wanting to Clear up somthing im a little confused about. My model is a CECHG wich is a NAND flash, now theres somthing about a clip that comes with the E3 chip for somthing about NOR only. So is the E3 still compatible or do i have to wait or somthing? Thanks!

Your best bet would be to go with Progskeet.

The info for the e3 linker on e3's site says it will do nand flash with soldering. But I think it is a misprint and means you can use the linker to solder and use with nor.

I was going to try and figure out how to use my e3 linker with a nand model, but I can not find any info on it. I did have one user say he downgraded his nand model with the e3 linker, but I think he was bullsh!tting. As I have found no proof of it possible.

I am going to order this Progskeet solderless bundle, to downgrade nand models. Will also need an injectus jtag programmer, to program the Progskeet for use with the solderless clips.

Ok, so i who's got a cech04 would need to buy the exact same things as you?

I just want to downgrade and put on a cfw to begin with.

progskeet bundle (solderless) and injectus?
or would only the progskeet bundle work?
