[Q] Emulators/OFW?

Now I'm not new to the PlayStation scene, I've actually installed CFW on a ps3 two years ago, ended up selling it.
Recently just bought another one, unfortunately stuck on the crap that is 4.11. I've been thinking about getting a PSP due to emulator signed packages without CFW.

So my question, is it possible to install Emulators on the Ps3 without CFW? I know it seems stupid enough to ask but google has not gave me any answers.
Please, I've seen some hate on this site toward people asking repetitive questions but don't rage me. A straight and detailed answer would suffice.
Thank you.

No. You need recent keys for something like that to run.
People probably get "raged" cause you could search for that answer easily.

Un-needed, I asked a simple question I could not find on the internet. I mean why would I not ask? The PSP can use signed packages, I thought maybe the ps3 development may have gotten far enough in a two year span that we wouldn't need CFW.

You will always need cfw or hen.
Unless your sony then go ahead and sign your own stuff.
