i just got that:

JPN EBOOT for Saint Seiya is available.

Some of the best games I ever played were Japan releases could read a word but hella fun. Google doesn't translate it very well in my opinion.

Lol...that was made from a translator that my friend in Hong Kong directed me to. My favorite part is the "people on crack". At any rate this doesn't seem like news or new eboots...unless I'm missing something. I downloaded the eboot and under the part that says english language. Put in the password in winrar and got a whole jumbled mess of I don't know what. Since I have no idea what I'm looking at I can't tell you if it's the eboot that's already been released or the eboot for the english version. I can tell you that it starts out with SCE followed by ELF.

How many files were in the rar

Three. Two were internet shortcuts and the third was an eboot. The eboot was the one with password protection. I'll paste the first part of it.
